    Pros +

    • The staff was very friendly from the valets to the bartenders to the front check in staff
    • Close to Broadway, spacious bathroom, complementary water and drink upon arrival
    • I loved the location and how close it was to broadway. The staff members were all so friendly. We experienced some issues with the toilet in the room and they were able to switch our room for us AND upgrade us to a suite. The hotel was very clean too.

    Cons -

    • How far the bathroom was from the front bar We joked about getting lost and sending a search party
    • The room we were assigned initially was a bit small. It was also pretty dark, even with multiple lights on. Otherwise, it was perfect.
    • Mold, unprofessional valet and limite, and limited hotel amenities.

    The parts without mold.

Mold, unprofessional valet and limite, and limited hotel amenities.

    Location to Broadway

Asked several times for extra washcloths. First delivery was only one washcloth and three extra towels. The bed did not have fitted sheets, and they came loose easily sleeping during the night, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom lighting Was dim

Central location, walking distance to everything yet so quiet and away from busy Broadway street. The staff was great and super helpful.

Nothing that would of ruined my stay. This was an old building that was retrofitted to a modern hotel while keeping the old style of the building

The vibe at this hotel was amazing! The decor was unique and impressive. Our king room was small, but everything else made up for that. I would go back in a heartbeat!

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-3-2023

The Hotel is more of a youthful vibe, a little loud . I would prefer a more upscale feeling rather than the party feel. The location is great , the design interesting and my grand daughter in her 20's loved it. I am glad I stayed there once.

    The room was extremely overpriced

It was very dated for a four star resort hotel.

Love the Location. My wife loves this hotel

We stayed during the ice storm in Nashville. Even though the staff were also suffering from the ice storm, they were all so friendly and welcoming. Everyone brought their dogs - including me. The restaurants in the hotel were open and we enjoyed a great meal.

    Location, room

Thought it was overpriced and the cost of the valet was criminal

Great style, customer service, location, cleanliness, and comfortability. Decent gym.

    Damn expensive.

    9DouglasPosted on: 1-15-2026

Beautiful combination of old and new. The showers was the best we have ever used. Everything was very clean and spotless. Loved the close proximity to Printer’s Alley and Broadway.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

    8RecordoPosted on: 1-12-2026

    It was nice and quiet

I ordered can drinks and they were brought up in a cup with straws. I’m pretty sure it was fountain drinks. So safe to say when I got them they were watered down. Would had rather had the cans. Other than that my stay was great.
