15 minutes from Vanderbilt East Parking

A little hard on exiting into traffic when leaving but that's to be expected since it is, after all, Nashville. I do like that it's on a dead end street so there's not a lot of traffic zooming by all night.

The staff were incredible. The breakfast was delicious!

the area is a bit rough, but we were not bothered at all the hotel is set back from the main street. No issues

The high reviews if this hotel were misleading. I was duped by them and the ratings because I wanted south west side location near 4o. Staff was unresponsive difficult to understand. Room cramped. Facility clenched but rundown a bit. Seedy location.

it's cramped into a tiny footprint...parking was limited and tight.

Forgot and left night light plugged in. Called hotel same day as checkout or next day about checking to see if it was still there. Was told room was currently rented but would check and get back to us. NEVER returned out call.

Location, bathrooms were immaculant, breakfast buffet was great.

Pool was closed and not posted. Desk clerk was kinda rude and incompetent.

It was not far off the interstate. Clean,neat..

Every time someone opened a door the noise woke me. Come out of their room, down the hall, go out the other door to go outside. Noisy.

It was very clean. I loved the shower head, it was a fantastic shower! Soft towels too.

It was a little difficult getting into the parking lot from the main road.

Clean and nice rooms. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Was a great value for the location.

The elevator has a bad jump at the start for the ground floor. It almost knocked my older parents off balance. Was rough on the stop also.

Street and sign lights shined in our eyes all night and curtain was unable to block lights, only had a sheer to block light.

Convenient connection to the highway with many eateries as well as a major supermarket in a 5 min walking distance.

The hotel room sofa was worn and appeared to be slightly soiled.

Location close to 40 and also adjacent to good restaurants & walking trail we highlights.

Overall feel of shabbiness. Towels were not completely white. Hallway and neighbor above noise was loud.

The best part of this particular hotel was the location to the great tourist sites in Nashville. It's within a short drive to downtown Nashville - Broadway, The Parthenon, etc. Two minutes away is the best fried chicken restaurant - Hattie B's!

All the light fixtures operated on the light switch by the door, so if you wanted to read a book at night, but your partner wants to sleep, you can't. Very odd. The vanity was teeny; there was no place to hang towels, including a hand towel.

The room was clean and neat. Free full breakfast and free parking were provided. The staff consistly was cleaning and hand sanitizer stations were located throughout the hotel.

The hotel was an older hotel. In my room, the ¿stopper¿ for the bath tub was missing. I had to use a towel to stop up the drain to take a bath.

Did not feel safe where the hotel was located. Clerk said don¿t worry about it, their property had cameras located through out the parking lot. Late in the night, someone tried getting in my door & loud music played from more than one room during the nig

How the staff were so generous and respectful and understanding

Yes!I had an king size room with one king size bed for two people..and on my very last night they LG tv all of a sudden stopped working..the staff came to my room to try to fix it but it was not helping..so the staff so kindly switched me to an double bed

Very accessible for traveling thru Nashville. Nice people, nice rooms and a pretty decent breakfast. Although I did bite into a cold sausage link. The others were hot, and the waffle maker was great!
