Margaritaville Vacation Club - Nashville

Great location, great staff.

$60 a day to park is a lot outrageous.

We booked the vacation club room, but when we arrived they over booked so moved us to the hotel. Now that's not what was so bad....they did it without telling us assuming we wouldn't notice.

Very good location to Broadway and the Ole Smokey Distillery where we frequent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had very good amenities. It was raining so we didn't get to fully enjoy the 4th floor bar, but we did see the potential.

The parking was expensive and during the stay the app indicated an extra day would be charged. It ultimately was not but I'm not sure that wasn't a result of my constant inquiry's. I never got a straight answer from them - had to wait for the bill to confirm.The room was fine but the fold out bed was small and uncomfortable. We also thought the shower (half open) was odd and also made it breezy. The restaurant food was mediocre, and the drinks were expensive. The bartender on 10/30/25 was not friendly.Lastly, we did the vacation package seminar and had a horrible experience due to one of the higher ups that came over to try to seal the deal and basically told me i wasn't cleaver enough to understand the "great" deal they were offering. Our guide and the presentation were fine.

Walkable to Broadway street. Close to restaurants. Very clean.

Hated that check out, which was 10 am! This is absurd. I travel frequently and never stayed anywhere with such an early check out, especially after late nights out at local bars. Tried to get late check out on a weekday but denied!

Location was good

To expensive for what u get. Not enough space. Lastly broken items in the room.

I did call back to the location after I had left. I forgot my sunglasses and asked if they could mail them to me. They found them, but it is right at $50.00 to mail them to me. Also, I would think they would service the rooms daily. Mine was never serviced during my stay.

I was so pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the hotel was. All of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem.

Nothing really. The only negative from our side as Irish people was the room had no kettle so we couldn’t make tea. It did provide a coffee maker. However there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor and the girls there kindly gave us hot water as we had our own teabags.

Booked our room in October. We all got phone calls/messages stating that rooms would be changed. We all paid for vacation club but were out in regular hotel. Again, rooms were nice but some of us got regular rooms while others got suites. We could not understand since rooms were booked and fully paid for in October. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in a room that we all originally booked.

The property was very clean and close to many attractions

We booked the vacation club with a king size suite but upon arrival we were informed that the suite was not available and we were given a double queen room in the Hotel. This was not disclosed by booking.com that this could happen. We were lucky to get a room on premise because the staff informed us sometimes they have to send you to another location.

The Margaritaville HOTEL and the staff were great . Just be warned, that you may not get what you booked, and your vacation can get off to a bad start.

Never stayed at the Vacation Club we booked! The Vacation Club is a time share , which Booking never told us. We showed up and weren't able to stay because the owners were using it. No notice, nothing.

Hotel did not honor our Booking.com reservation.

The hotel would not honor our Booking.com reservation. We have to pay more for a smaller room with less amenities. We will not be using Booking.com again.

Coffee maker did not work. We were moved from vacation club to hotel at last minute. Staff were not accommodating & unhappy.

Quiet, Clean , great restaurant and Awesome entertainment

Weather was brutal, so couldn't use the pool

The convenience of the location was excellent. Everytime I stepped into the lobby it was a very good vibe! The pool bar was great for night caps, just too much smoke from the kitchen! Our studio was very comfortable and woked great for us!

Too smoky at pool bar when kitchen was cooking, they need better ventilation.
