Breakfast buffet was on point, Great food

Water main break, wasn’t able to shower after morning workout and pool session. Was left in my sweaty filthy mess till I flew home. Wasn’t pleasant

All areas were spotless. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

After a long day of travel I checked into rm 930, there was a strong musty, mildew odor. I was told there were no more rooms available a manager was contacted and I was assigned rm 932, that also had the same disgusting odor. Disappointed in Hilton!

Great location. The hotel also offers lots of options - restaurant, roof-top seating, areas to socialize, and bars.

Excellent customer service. Also nice big rooms.

25.00 a day for parking and no feee breakfast. With the cost of this hotel you would think it would be included.

There was this manager  who helped me the first night I got there and my room was wrong and she fixed it but of course I had to pay more but it was ok.

Being lied to by hotel employee. I had called and verified my room the night before and when we get there to check in it¿s not what I was told it was completely different.

It was clean, fancy, and cozy.

Front desk employee was not at front desk on arrival. Door was locked.Tried 20 min.to get in. Had to leave. Came back. He showed up. Asked what's up and he threatened to call security. Incredibly rude front desk. Very cold and unwelcoming hotel no perks

For the price and location, parking should have been free, and breakfast should have been included. Other hotels in the area of lesser stars would have been a better choice.

Comfort -quiet

Pool was full of at least 100 unruly people and I chose room to have quiet pool time which I was assured ... also the doors slam ... & even though I wanted late check out I was recovering from something - room attendant knocked on door 3 times

Nicely decorated and clean

The only person at the front desk all day on Sunday Feb 7th was difficult to communicate with and therefore could not help me with explaining how parking/garage works at this Hilton I was charged $22.85 and $21.13 for parking on Sunday and Monday.

Location and amenities

My room was not ready at almost 6 pm. I was asked if I needed help with my luggage or given directions to my room. There were stains on the carpet. I left and item and have not been given direct assistance.

It is beautiful, clean, new and updated.

Our room was not ready at check in. We waited an extra 2 hours before it was ready.

I'm sure due to the Covid it was not their true experience. Nothing bad it was average. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It was awesome! Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will plan to stay there when I return to visit the city next time.

I wish Hotel pool/ bar stayed open later.(that was minor).
