Good location, excellent room, exceptional staff.

The water pressure in the shower is atrocious. A 10 minute shower, took 25 minutes.

The valet being mandatory was a little confusing at times. However the staff were working hard and very friendly with me and my questions.

Was told if I wanted our room cleaned, fresh towels each day, then I had to request that at the check in desk. When I stated other hotels provide that service without asking, was told not this one. No stores close to buy sunscreen or food items.

No free parking. You had no choice but to valet park. Did not put this into my budget.

Lack of parking options.

Easy access to a bus stop to catch a ride into downtown. Easy drive to downtown and access from interstate.

Parking is pricey for being out of downtown, and valet parking is about the only option.

Fresh, new and clean

$4 for a fifty cent bag of chips was a little ridiculous! And you cant just run out to Walmart because valet has your car!

The hotel itself was clean, nice aroma, breakfast options were good as well.

There were issues with my room, no hand soap or tissue, someone?s rubber wedding band was left on the floor, the couch was severely stained, and the phone did not work.

Location. Quiet area.

Just a few minor maintenance issues needed to be addressed in our room such as the shower door leaked all into the floor and there was a water leak that caused the ceiling to crumble into our suitcase. Also, noisy teen sports teams caused some issues.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very nice and well appointed. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus. The view from the room was exceptional.

We were on the fifth floor of the hotel. Just to get to our room, we had to walk at least 100 yards. There was only one ice machine for the entire hotel. Very inconvenient as the ice machine was on the second floor. The staff wasn¿t very friendly.

I liked that it was close to Vanderbilt, the Parthenon, great restaurants, a great beauty shop, and that it was pet friendly! They had excellent valet service. And a full, hot breakfast was included!

There wasnt anything that I didnt like about my stay!
