Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View

That we had to pay for parking when we were staying at the hotel. Not only did I have to pay parking there I had to pay for parking at different parking lots bathroom sink didn’t drain fast.

The room smelled great and was clean overall, but the room walls were dirty. A previous guest must have spilled a drink on the wall and it was never cleaned, in addition to some other dirty spots. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The front desk receptionist was amazing, informative and attentive. Made my stay feel warm and pleasant.

Great comfortable room, price/quality can not be beat.

Parking is expensive, but that is a Nashville trait.

The hotel employees were very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and in a convenient area, close to downtown.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

I didn't like that the room kind of had an odor after the bleach smell went away, nothing too bad but you could smell something after the bleach was gone. The shower didn't get that hot and the pressure wasn't that great.

What I loved most about the hotel was it's proximity to the highway and it's cleanliness.

The towels at to use by the pool were tiny so you would have to use three if you are going to sunbath. But overall we liked the hotel.

The best part of this hotel for me is the location. It?s quiet and about 1 mile from Broadway. You can walk it or you can take a five minute Uber/ Lyft.

My room was not cleaned during my stay? I requested room service. Did not receive it. TV was broken upon arrival. Didn?t get fixed until about 24 hours later.

Amazing location - $10 (or less) to downtown/Broadway. Super clean! Dog friendly! Pleasant staff! Delicious breakfast. Reasonable price! We will definitely stay here again

Location to downtown and activities. Close to airport. Breakfast selection was good.

Clean and comfortable

Room was only cleaned every other day.

Location was the best close enough to the actions (5 min ride) but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Kept chasing the pods for the coffee maker in the room and room only cleaned every other day. Never seem to have the Keurig pods, one lady at the front desk assured me I was mistaken that I did not have a Keurig. I finally gave up.

Stuff in the room didn't work and we didn't have power for almost an hour
