great locaton - team was great - great service

the rooms were warm - set on 65 the room was warm

The whole hotel is amazing.

We were told that at 4am there would be bag breakfast out. None there and staff was not available

It?s frustrating when the online room description does NOT match the room. I booked a room based on 5 person occupancy, only to get the actual room and it only hold 4 people. Them wasn?t allowed a rollaway bed.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfasts.

Had to ASK for clean towels each day, and to have the trash emptied - this was done once in our 3 day stay.

The room was quiet, we were able to get good, undisturbed sleep. All of the hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast was well stocked and tended to by the staff. Highly recommended hotel!

Stop at this same hotel 2x a year. Enjoy the breakfast.

The room needed updates. Bathroom floor and also the vanity paint is chiped and the soap dish not good.

The sheets on the bed would not stay hooked over the corners. We woke to being halfway on mattress cover.

The lady checking us in was great.

I am really afraid of all dogs. I asked if she could put us somewhere not by any dogs. She tried to get a room that we requested, and she upgraded us to a suite. Thankfully I never encountered a dog.

I do not like dogs at all. We have never had an issue at this hotel. There was a dog barking close to our room at night and in the middle of the night also. If we stay again I would like to be on a floor with no dogs.

Nearby restaurant was excellent.

Hotel needs upgrading. Outdated. Waited 30 minutes for room 427 to be cleaned for us. Shower door didn't work. Bathroom floor was filthy.Told desk clerk and showed wash cloth I used to clean it. Was told we would be compensated. No word from management.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Good location. Room was clean, and customer service was good.

Friendly staff and they did the extra things. I needed in my room a little early and they accommodated.

It was so clean, and bright in the lobby, the room was spacious and clean; the hot breakfast was far better than I expected it would be, and the commons area had a very “homey” feel to it. It was well located, and I felt very safe, will stay again.

I can’t think of anything that left a bad taste in my mouth, as I stated before it was very clean, what staff I encountered were friendly, to me it deserves a better star rating, as it went far beyond my expectations.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating to questions. The room was very spacious, much bigger than what I thought I was getting. The breakfast was very delicious, just wish the one day I had had time to go down there and eat they had served bacon.

Nothing to dislike at all.
