Bugs. Housekeeping knocks at 9am. Give a person a chance to sleep in.

Hasn't been cleaned in 30 years beyond gross and there was a band for someone to shoot up hooked to a lamp in the room

Walls were dirty but I can live with that way better then super 8 in monteagle tn

Bed bugs roaches bed dirty smelled old the mattress looked moldy the rooms is very out dated the sheets was burned

The location and house keeping came every single day. The customer service was excellent..

A roach came out of the space between the counter top and sink. The was a red shirt behind the arm chair when I checked in. Despite all this I stated from 2/11 -2/16. I didn't feel like relocating. Room needs an iron.

It was cheap and had a good location

Someone was trying to peep in the windows and staff physically knocked in the door 3 times starting at 8am to clean for checkout, at 11am.

I like the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness

No laundry facilities

I prefer non smoking, which I got but the rooms right above mine were not. And when those people smoked it came down to my room

Cockroaches and stains everywhere. Non smoking room but could easily smell smoke.

Location - directly off interstate and close to food and shopping

The room smelled like old cigarettes. There were roaches and the bedding was stained.

The room was fairly clean.

The surroundings were dingy poorly maintained. The clerk was hard to understand and was rather rude to some of the customers.

Easy access to I-24 to get where I needed to go

The shower drain was above the low point of the shower which caused a puddle in the middle and made the shower overflow onto the bathroom floor. I had to dry the floor to use the toilet I killed cockroaches on 2 diffeent occasions during my 4 night stay

The price was good and it was quiet even though a freeway was close by.

The room smelled of smoke, but I may not have asked for a smoke-free room (and I don't I was asked either). The dead-bolt on the main door would not engage. The remote on the TV was fickle and mostly stayed on the landing station where items are hawked.

there where roaches. the furniture was broken and I had to get a new key 5 times because it refused to work.

Absolutely NOTHING

Why advertise a pool when the pool was empty, the beds were hard as a rock, there were bugs crawling all over the room, doors didn¿t lock all the way, people around the building looked sketchy. I felt like something bad was going to happen the whole time.

The bed had signs of bedbugs, there were roaches in the room and dead insects in the corners of the room. I couldn¿t sleep there and left to stay with a friend for all 3 days. It¿s a cheap hotel, but there has to be some kind of minimal level of clean

Breakfast selection were poor Didn't give wifi password No coffee in room
