Comfort and cleanliness of the room, location of hotel

Breakfast was not good especially the coffee

Location

First night, TV didn't work, they moved us to another room. Next night there was no hot water for a shower. The hotel and rooms smelled damp.

Very comfortable bed .

Breakfast not much food the last hour. I had to ask the front desk for silverware, maple syrup and coffee. Very poor lighting in room especially the bathroom. Front desk man was not upbeat and as friendly as others hotels.

The hotel was close to the interstate.

We had stains throughout our room, on the beds, there was a hole in the wall poorly patched over, the showerhead didn't work well, and the shower faucet was broken.

Everything was fairly clean and modernized

The breakfast offered was sparse to non-existent. No eggs, bacon, biscuits or gravy. Two types of sugary cereal, no fruit, the pastries were frozen hard. Traveling extras (shampoo, pen, notepad and extra coffee) were non-existent.

We had no hot water. And the toilet wouldn't flush. Had to use the hall restroom. No maintenance workers at all. Phone didn't work. Was told by front desk room to be discounted by at least 10 percent. No receipt and I have no discount credit to my account

Friendly staff, and in room coffee.

No on site washer and dryer.

I have bad allergies and the 2nd day I couldn't stand the smell. I asked if they could accommodate me with something to help with the smell. The night man was sweet and helpful.when I lefted for that day someone came in without my approval and took towels

They stole my towels that I purchased. Lefted early. Couldnt get my refund back

This was a nice place for a quick overnight stop. It was clean, relatively quiet hotel. The breakfast was nice before we got back in the car, but there are places to get a hot meal right down the road if thats more your style.

Room and location

My wife accidentally left her $150.00 cooler in the fridge, by the time we realized that we forgot the cooler we were 200 miles away. We called the motel and asked if anyone found the cooler but he said it's already in the dumpster.

The room was as expected and put together upon our arrival. The location is very nice as it¿s close to the highway to get to Nashville

Our room smelled like smoke when we walked in even though we were in a non-smoking room. The hallways smelled like straight febreze out of the can just about every morning.

Clean, close to interstate.

Walls were a bit thin between me and the Nextdoor, I could hear them talking, playing music. People slamming their fires instead of quietly closing them.

The size of the room was nice. Housekeeping cleaned every day.

After a long road trip, I needed a luggage cart to move our bags into our room. I asked the girl at the desk and she didn¿t know where they were (she said there were two), and she didn¿t try to find one. I had to search the floors myself.

Close to highway. Room was very spacious

Room was poorly lit so it was pretty dark in there. AC had a smell to the air, so I didn't use it and room was warm. Breakfast was good. Staff could have been more helpful when I couldn't get my luggage down due to no carts available.

It was an ok experience. The interstate was under construction so we have to drive 3 more exits and backtrack to get there. That was not the fault of the hotel but really didn¿t have warning, until it was too late.

Location and price. The evening receptionist was pleasant and helpful

Breakfasts was mainly prepackaged. No coffee service in room.

very clean. We woke up very early but breakfast wasn't served till 6am when I asked. When we got ready to leave about 5am he let us know on our way out the door that he had started breakfast and we could get something. Very nice and unexpected.

The pillows were flat and the bed was hard.
