Quality Inn Murfreesboro-University Area

The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating.

The 1st room smelled like mold and bedding felt damp to the touch. Asked for a new room and staff was very nice, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately room 2 was the same. Had a nice stay here 1.5 yrs ago and was very disappointed this time around.

The rooms where very clean, the breakfast was good.The staff was friendly.

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Loved the shower and bathroom setup with mirror and sink outside of toilet area, easy for two people getting ready in morning

Convenience

Strong smell of air freshners in lobby, very cluttered with boxes, heat/air in room broken. Awakened by housekeeping before checking out.

The manager is a very unhelpful and lied about not being able to refund our last day as we had to check out a day early due to bad weather

Nice property, but overpowering "air freshener" small, and woman at the front desk obviously did not want to be there. Very curt.

The smell of "air freshener" was simply over powering when I first walked in the lobby. It almost made me sick to my stomach. This same smell was in the room, and also in the room's air conditioning unit, so you really could never get away from it.

Very clean hotel. Hot breakfast. Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance.

The room was clean and nice size. Hotel is located in a quiet area so there was not a lot of noise at night

Rooms were very clean, modern, there was coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive and friendly. Stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend.

Bed was very comfortable. Tv had a lot of choices. Fridge was cold. Very clean building. Nice hot shower- the wand was great for quick shower off instead of getting my hair wet again. Room design is great. Guests were quiet. Overall relaxing stay.

Staff not friendly AT ALL. Very damp in building, esp. rooms. Sink had no drain stopper. Toilet didn't flush well. Ac cold but fan couldn't be adjusted higher when using hair dryer so already humid room now also really hot. Breakfast plentiful but soggy.

Location and ease of chrckin

The room smelled musty and moldy. There was long hair on the sheets of my bed.

Let me start with they have a bed bugs and they don't even care. We have bites all over us and pictures to prove it. We showed the staff and they didn't even seem to be worried. This ruined our family vacation. Thanks a lot!!!!

The $100 deposit they put on a credit card that takes 3-5 days to reverse!

Didn't get to enjoy breakfast because when we got down there at 7:30 there was nothing left and didn't look like they were going to restock. Also had a gentleman with the cleaning crew log in our room at 9:30 without knocking.
