plenty of parking, great breakfast, very friendly staff, no issues with the room, very close to many restaurant options (BJ's was amazing)

the occasional fire truck driving by with sirens on in the middle of the night.

Clean and the staff was friendly. Price was reasonable.

Clean, great staff from check-in, housekeeping to Breakfast chef! Thought it was a brand new hotel but it was 4 years old. Great place and I WILL revisit!

Our first room had roaches and they moved us. Second room had the dirtiest floors I?ve ever seen in a hotel. I don?t think the room had ever been vacuumed or mopped. The desk chair could not be adjusted. Hotel said, ?sorry.? Cleanliness is a problem

The breakfast was sub -par, I wish the options were more, the hotel room windows are too close together, I opened my curtains and could see into the room next door to me or caddy corner to me.

It was spacious, great variety for breakfast and kitchenettes with all essentials

Cell phone reception was poor inside

Bed was comfortable, staff was most helpful, and pleasant.

I didn't like the outdoor seasonal pool (closed for the season). Breakfast wasn't very good. Sausage was too spicy and salty. Pepper gravy and biscuits were very bland. Amenities were lacking for price charged. I paid the same price for 2 rooms next day.

I reserved a king bed walk-in shower room thinking it was an accessible room with a walk-in shower sometimes called a roll in shower. There was some question or confusion because the front did not have the description of the room being marked as acessible

They wanted to give me an accessible room with one queen bed and a bathtub, which I did not accept. The bathroom with a walk in shower did not have a handheld shower or bars around the toilet and a lower toilet seat. We made due for the night.

Husband always love the free breakfast the Staybridge offers.

Love Staybridge Hotels usually but not this one. Room was on the highway side and very loud. Big bug in bathroom. Cleaning service did not leave clean towels but took the dirty ones. Ice maker in room didn¿t work and the hotel didn¿t have one.

Location

Hotel staff was notified by me that there was a barking dog in the room next to us. The dog continued to bark and whine until around 2:30 the next morning. It was too late for us to leave the hotel so we had to stay. They made no allowances to change.

It appeared to be newer and was clean. The kitchenette was very nice. They have a thing where you can text the front desk and they checked in on us regularly. I loved that! The free breakfast was also very good and clean area.

We found what looked like a palmetto bug in our room (not sure what it was but likely that.) I texted the front desk and they brought me new keys immediately and said we could take our time moving. It was the only negative, but their response was perfect.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The staff was great, the room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The hotel is in a great location close to I24.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Location is great: Close to the highway so and various places to eat/get food. Complimentary continental breakfast with good selections (it's no 5 star breakfast, but it is better than many I've had before). Spacious rooms; great for my family's needs.

Breakfast can get a little busy so seating is limited if you wanted to eat by the lobby; might need to take it to the room.

The room was clean and perfect for us, comfortable bed and pillows, it was nice having the kitchen and little things like silverware available.

turning left onto the main road was a challenge until we discovered we could take the road behind the hotel that leads to a stoplight which solved the issue.

Room was spacious & furniture was comfortable. Full refrigerator! Breakfast buffet was amazing, the best we¿ve ever had.

Bath products are now in pump bottles affixed to the wall-shampoo & bath gel were empty.

Beautiful room, walk-in shower, excellent amenities, kitchen and pull-out sofa bed plus a king bed. LOVED this property and will look for this brand again! We paid less than half of what other families paid other nearby brands for a std room.

It was perfect!
