- The breakfast selection was a disappointment and the quality of the hot foods was below par, (except for the waffles which were good). One morning when we went for breakfast, they were out of pastries.

Room key did not work on any of the outside doors. Front desk solution was to come and prop the door open. Upon getting to the room both cards had to be used 7 to 10 times to get the door to open. Staff seemed like this was an ongoing problem.
Nice clean and a great place to stay, if your staying in monteagle tn this is the only motel to stay at. Awesome stay! Will be back.

Bathroom was filthy upon arrival... hair / soap in tub, urine on toilet bowel, toothpaste in the sink...certainly not COVID 19 compliant.

Yes, our room smelled Musty, like it was in a flood. Breakfast was not good. Bakery was stale.
