Dirty, filthy laundry facility, bad breakfast

Definitely at the top of the 2.5 star type hotels. Clearly these owners take pride in this place and keep it in near pristine. condition for its price point. Highly recommended. Also the breakfast was pretty good.

The mattress could have been a little more supportive, I'm very sensitive to that due to chronic lower back issues. But again for the price point, the mattress feel was okay. And I've slept on much, much worse hotel mattresses.

Pool and it was quiet. Great location.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was nice to know that we could bring our pet next time we come to town.

The location was excellent for our stay, good ac, room was clean.

Breakfast was ok on the weekend, but lacking on weekdays

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and quite. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. One thing that we really liked was no carpet. Loved the laminate flooring. We have already said this will be our choice when visiting Memphis.

The ice storm, it had nothing to do with the hotel! But the Plantation accommodated us!¿¿¿¿

The first room I was given was NOT clean, beds were messy, the room was unkempt. The second room I was given was in a bad state of repair with a barely working toilet (had to make my own repair). The environment did not feel safe and I slept poorly.

We like the location because it¿s not right on the main highway

We stayed at this hotel a year ago without our dogs and had a decent room, which is why we chose it this time. Apparently when you have dogs you get double charged (room was $---, 2 dogs @$35 each) and you get a dirty, run down room.

The space and convenience

Outdated tvs, outdated bed frames my daughter cut herself on a bed frame because housekeeping did not fix the bed correctly and a rail was sticking out

The bathroom was clean

Air conditioner did not work, kept freezing up. Front desk guy just looked at me and said we¿ll take a look at it after you check out. Beds were uncomfortable, blankets and pillows were old and crunchy. TV was smaller than my computer monitor 32¿

It has a lot of curb appeal, I think they usually do a hot breakfast but with covid they do a lot with a cold breakfast - yogurt, toast, danishes, fruit cups, oatmeal, etc. Everything wrapped and single serve. They also have toiletries and chargers.

Toilet wouldn't flush, $35 pet fee, bugs, no blanket, cushion stains, one chair 2 beds, lamps didn't work, uncomfortable beds, broken toilet paper holder, couldn't find ice machine, dangerous uneven stairs, stairs held up by boards.

Had to have the TV changed out because it wouldn't work.
