(front desk) was so personable and such an asset to Hampton Inn! Hotel employee was also very nice and helpful. Great customer service and a very clean hotel.

I don't like that hilton doesn't have any type of special rate for family's that have had a tragedy that has occurred to their homes and has to stay in a hotel.

Only the Staff, they really tried to make up for out dated and the overall poorly cared for hotel.

Check in was great! Check in staff was great, friendly and helpful with places to eat.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff

Food. Free breakfast was kinda bland. Eggs were dry and overall food was average.

Rooms were very clean and well kept. Breakfast bar was very enjoyable. Lady who oversaw the breakfast bar area was so friendly and kept hot food coming out and the tables wiped. Would stay there again.

First of all they didn¿t have a room for me. They said you booked when they were full. Finally they found me a room and had to wait until they cleaned it which wasn¿t that clean. The tv had no remote so it was blasting. Finally had to just unplug .

The rolling luggage caddies were not helpful. The design doesn¿t allow more than one piece of luggage. One piece of luggage falls off if you put two on the caddy.

The A/C unit in my room had a loud rattle, which kept me up most of the night the first night there, I mentioned this to the front desk, but the problem was never resolved and they never changed my room

Super friendly staff. Breakfast smelled amazing, but we were not able to stay to eat. We should have because the IHOP in town was out of almost everything.

It's a solid $30 more a night than the Comfort Inn down the street, but they are both 2.5 stars. Light fixtures off the ceiling, broken faucet, mold build-up in shower, handicap shower tiles broken at entrance. Doesn't look like it's been maintained well.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. We usually stay here any time we are are in the area and will return.

Staff a little non helpful, I needed WiFi to book my room. Desk clerk said I had to be a guest first to get WiFi access.

The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing.

After paying the total amount, I still have a pending charge of $119. I asked the hotel staff about the pending charge, and they weren't sure why that was there. I am still waiting for the charge to drop off as I was told it would.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome and having the option to pick up the on the go breakfast was great!

The bed was a little firm for our taste.

When we got there, they gave us an unexpected free upgrade and the room was awesome! Huge tv, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink, couch, very comfy bed. Slept like a baby. Free hot breakfast. Plus the staff was super friendly.

The location. The staff was first rate also. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If I have to return to the area I would definitely stay there again.

I have no complaints about anything regarding the hotel, the only negative thing about my stay was the heat and humidity in the area. It was hot!!!

Location was great and breakfast was great.

We had no tv service for the whole weekend and it could not be fixed until Monday. Could not be moved to another room because hotel was full. Was not offered a discount for the inconvenience.
