Location to the ball fields we were playing at, as well as walking distance to a few places to eat, and close to walmart when we needed something.

Room was not cleaned at all I couldn’t sleep because sheets were smelling. Whole hotel is dirty. And specially front desk person was busy on the phone talking was not friendly at all

I never wrote bad comments for any hotel but this. It’s very dirty.

Location and room set up. Pool and breakfast was nice.

I was told over the phone directly from hotel and also the reservation line the charge for incidentals and it was more when I got there.

Room had no phone, the remote did not work for changing channels unless you stood on the side of it and pointed to the real of TV. Staff did not care about comfort of my stay. My previous stay was better

Hotel was clean

Walls seem super thin¿ could hear everything in all the rooms and every time someone shut a door it was loud. No privacy.

It was very clean. My bed was comfortable. Customer service was outstanding from check in to check out.The parking lot was even very clean.

I have no complaints.

The beds & the A/C were top notch which was a plus with the 100 temps outside. Staff was very courteous & the assistant manager was very helpful & nice to deal with. Safe spot to stay near Memphis with our hot rods with no hassles.

No, would definitely stay there again without a doubt...

Location to the event I was attending

Too many unattended children running up and down the halls and slamming doors all hours of the day and night. I was due to check out Monday morning but instead I tried to check out at 5:30 pm on Sunday night and was told could not check out after 3 pm.

Very spacious rooms and clean. Front desk staff is awesome! Helped us cancel the room with no penalty so we could rebook with different dates due to a funeral being changed.

The room was missing a few things, like a telephone and a garbage can. Had to look up the number so we could call the front desk and ask for them. They were quick to remedy what we needed though.

The location was excellent for visit.

The room temperature would not drop below 70, although I set thermostat at 65.

Room we were assigned smelled like an ashtray 223 and then we were put in 216. That room was better. Not overall happy with this hotel so will not rebook for work.

The location was the only good thing about my experience.

The elevator was out of order and my room was on the third floor. I had to literally drag my bag to the room. I went to sleep with doors slamming and kids screaming and woke up to the same. Worst hotel experience ever!

We had 2 beds in the room. One of the beds (closest to the bathroom) was made but when you pulled back the covers, the sheets were soiled. There was a used kurig cup in the coffee maker. There were no cups in the room and no soap (body or bar).
