Very visually appealing place to stay. Bathroom was amazing.
Honestly it was a bit too expensive. I feel like I've paid less for a bigger experience at other stays.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The customer service was top-notch—everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made me feel valued and taken care of throughout my stay.I honestly loved everything about this place and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel, this is it!

Very nice place to stay
If I have to say any negative comments they would be these….Low lighting in the room (which didn’t affect our stay at all) and a/c couldn’t keep up but it is very hot outside.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Kid friendly and safe environment.
Couldn't eat at the restaurant up top because it was booked.

The hotel is phenomenal visually and was a major highlight of our trip to America because of the decor, rooms and environment.
Poor service. Could not get food easily and the bar, the only place you could get refreshments, was not regularly open. I emailed the hotel 5 weeks before we came to ask what was happening NYE and was told there would be activities on the evening for adults and children but we arrived to check in and were informed that everything was closed at 6pm except for the bar so we could not get dinner! Had to get Uber to deliver something. NYD, breakfast was not even out on time as staff had not arrived. Aesthetically, this place is phenomenal and other guests we had spoken to agreed that there is nothing like it but to travel from the other side of the world, pay good money and have no service, could not get reservations at the rooftop restaurant even though we were guests, was a real disappointment.

The location was great. Easy access off the highway. We were traveling with a trailer and the parking lot was large and eaily accommodated the space we needed. Bonus is that they have 24 hour security in the parking lot.
When we first arrived the person behind the counter just looked at us and didn't even offer a hello. When we got to our room the patio door was wide open. Must have blown open, no concerns inside the room. The concept of the room was great. Nice ambience. Christmas tree in the room and nice furnishings. The problems were that the pillows are horrible. The shower is designed for people over 6ft tall. The sinks are tiny. Little things that weren't well planned. Overall, this could be a fabulous place to stay with a few details fixed.

Great location
Staff not interested, rooms missing items, lack of staff. Run like a shop not a hotel but without the customer service in the store below. Great store, awful hotel

What's not to like? Fabulous hotel in a safe place by the river. Bass Pro was awesome to have available and wander through. The whole theme of the place made you feel like you were on a movie set. Foyer security was provided by Memphis police department, let's hope that's not a bad sign. Very cool hotel! We loved it.
Our beds were a little short for 'doubles' and were squeaky when you moved around. Having no external windows on an internal room was difficult to figure out the time of day - very much like being in a casino. Not a deal breaker but a little odd. The external rooms have windows to the real world!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location.
For the cost, I do wish the buffet breakfast was included and not a separate charge.
