Nothing listed on the site was there. People were living in the hotel. Constantly coming in and out the side door that was suppose to be key entry only, it wasn’t. Rooms were filthy. No breakfast. No towels. Floors were sticky.

I didn’t like everything!

Friendly and helpful staff. They were extremely kind and helped to the best of their ability.

Got 2 rooms, one smelled strongly of bleach throughout the stay, the door would not latch or secure, the floors were extremely sticky. There was no trash can in the room, only one chair and the bathtub would not drain. The microwave did not work. The second room was better. Fully furnished and cleaned with the exception of the sheets on one bed had small dried drops of what appeared to be blood. The key cards would not work correctly and it required several attempts to enter the room. The other room didn't need a key card, because the door could be pushed open without using the handle and wouldn't secure without being lifted with great effort.

The location was somewhat okay.

This hotel was a dump. It needed to be condemned.

The front desk Crystal was WONDERFUL. She went out her way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The moment we entered the facility she made us feel as if we were at home her customer service is definitely a 10/10. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was good. It was in an area where a lot of business where located

I found a dead roach in the room. The sink in the bathroom had a consistent drip, with no cold water. I would Never stay at another Extended Stay. No ice machine, no coffee pot in room, no hair dryer. The hallway smelled like weed. The front desk close at 11pm. So there's no assistance at night.

Nothing I wish I could stay longer

The desk person who checked us in was nice but she kept having conversations with her friends who were hanging around the counter. Then we were told there’s a $150 deposit in case anything was broke etc. After seeing the room, they should’ve paid us just to be there. It was disgusting. Dirty microwave, mold on bottom of shower curtain and ceiling, stained carpet, hair on pillow, shampoo sample was gooey since it was probably used, no Kleenex.

The worst part was a live cockroach in the bathroom then fleas jumped on my daughter’s legs from the floor. Literally a Disgusting, flea-bag hotel. Did not stay the night. Left immediately and got our money back. Found an acceptable place although it was very later at night.
