- The service was phenomenal. Hotel employee was warm and welcoming during breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and neat. We will be back.
- When I checked in, I mentioned to hotel employee at the front desk that it was my friend?s birthday. She assigned us to a room on the 25th floor with a great view of the city. I appreciate hotel employee being so accommodating. It was a great surprise. ??
- Nice clean rooms - we have stayed here multiple times.
Cons -
- Tub drain was slow. I reported it to the staff. The main desk handled it appropriately. Great Job ?
- The lobby/hallway was extremely warm. I was able to adjust the thermostat in the room without difficulty.
- One of four elevators working, nasty stained carpet in room, shower wouldn?t drain, hair clippings all in the bathroom upon arrival, obvious water damage in the hall way with debris falling in the floor. Won?t be back.
