Big bed and nice sized room. There was gated parking which made me less nervous about my car getting broken into.

We asked for non-smoking and our room definitely smelled like smoke, there were no towels, no soaps, no tissues, and there were spots on the pillow cases that didn’t look clean.

The location is good

They given me a really dirty room, so I try to change the room and then the receptionist try to charge 30$ more than the previous price just for asking about a clean room.

The location was nice.

Everything was broken, the pool, the elevator, and smoke detectors. We had to move rooms because the AC unit was broken, the smoke detector was broken with a piece hanging off of it. The second room didn’t even have the smoke detector attached to the wall. There was a sign in the elevator that stated if the elevator stops between floors call the front desk. That is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I had my four year old daughter with me and I felt like her safety was at risk. We did not take the elevator and chose to carry our luggage up the stairs. Overall the experience was awful.

This hotel was very affordable

Elevator was not working, checked in late and could not get pillows or towels until the next morning, we were only staying one night so the pillows would have been kind of pointless the next day.

The location was good, around lots of places/food. Gated parking.

We requested two rooms together and we did not get this. Both rooms were “non-smoking” however one of the rooms smelled like smoke. The towels were dirty, bedding had crusted food or something on it, as well. The counters looked as if someone burnt or attempted to cook something on them. The bathroom tub/shower was “disgusting” according to my kids who didn’t even want to get in to shower. The shower head barely turned on and the knobs and shower head looked corroded. There was a non slip mat on the tub that was filthy with black and other dirt colors that also surrounded the mat on the tub. Both rooms had no iron.

I loved the location lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable beds. Overall, my family and I would stay again.
