This hotel was poorly maintained. The pictures are deceiving. It was nothing like the pictures indicated. Broken lamp shades, broken outlets, broken toilet, shower knob broken and could not regulate water temp, curtains hanging off the rods, no toiletries, no clean towels, fridge not clean and so much more.

The property was very dirty around the outside. Housekeeping was not seen the 3 days we were there. No toiletries, no clean towels, just to name some things.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This hotel has a lot of potential.

You had to get an employee to open the rooms for the pool and fitness center. The laundry facilities were broken, no breakfast because it was under construction and the hotel smelled like Marijuana for the 3 days we were there. Also locating in a bad area

The friendly customer service. The room was clean. Had adequate accomodations.

Maybe I was late but, I didn't have free breakfast at the hotel

Front desk staff friendly. Maid service was fine. Room wasn't bad, bed and pillows comfortable.

Website said indoor pool and breakfast buffet, but pool was closed and there was no breakfast at all. Hot water was lukewarm at best. Whole hotel is getting rundown in a neighborhood that has really became rundown. I now see why the hotel is no longer a Drury hotel.

There was no breakfast available and the gym and pool were closed all because of Covid. Our first room was not well cleaned. We asked to be moved which occurred immediately and the staff was great about it

It was obviously an economy trip. Judging the money we saved we were quite happy with the experience. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. A safe in the room would have been a nice addition.

Upper floor noise...creaking as guest above walked around.

Location was convenient and all the amenities provided was useful.My kids loved the pool. I enjoyed my two day trip with this hotel.

The bathtub was not clean.

Plenty of room, clean, very comfortable bed, quiet.

Currently under renovation, elevators were out of use, some doors were being re-locked.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable.

No complaints

Location is on busy street, mid-block, but once on the grounds it is easier to get into and out of. THe staff was among the friendliest we have encountered, and always helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Signage into and out of the parking lot. It's not bad once you've been there, but consider it from a traveling stranger's point of view.
