The comfy beds and quietness of the hotel
Our shower drain was slow so everytime we showered we had standing water in our shower

When you ask for towel please include wash cloths, and lighting needs to improve outside for parking at night

Parking area
We stayed for 2 nights and noticed bugs on the curtains and the TV kept cutting off during a movie when It had high pitch moments. I called the front desk in which they stated that a technician would be out to look at the TV However never showed up to my knowledge. I was very displeased and sadden. I requested a king balcony room to watch the fireworks and wasn't accommodated at all that also made me a bit distraught nevertheless it's over. ?

convenient. hotel was relatively clean and staff was nice. room was clean.
I don’t believe anyone bothered to prep the room for guests. no blow dryer in room. no coffee in room. TV did not work. toilet overflowed. no bath mat for shower.

The location and the quality of the hotel.
I also rented a room on the 26th as well, I was in room 133 and my bed was not what I expected the handicapped room they gave me on the 23 rd - 25 th was shaky and the mattress was worn down and the bed I had in room 133 wasnâ≢t made and toilet shook .
