The location is really good. Easy walking distance from Beale Street. The Roof Terrace is certainly worth a visit for the views of the river. Rooms were big and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of cold but not much choice of hot food.

If I ever return to Memphis, I would definitely stay at the Hu again! The staff were so incredibly friendly (Specifically Sonya - hope you're lucky enough to meet her) and the room itself exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Location, easy to walk to Beale Street and Civil Rights Museum. Felt safe walking back home at night. Lovely helpful staff. Car park across road. Good gym opposite available. Spacious room with 2 beds. Great roof top bar. Free coffee in reception.

Lovely staff, great location with easy parking below. Use of gym across the road. Fabulous views of Mississippi from room and super roof top bar. Large rooms and bathroom, comfy beds.
Breakfast was a bit basic. Carpets need replacing in many areas.

Really cool vibe + furnishings. Staff were helpful + very friendly. Room size was great & bed was comfortable. Location was good for walking to Beale St.

Room didn’t feel clean, doesn’t seem to get much maintenance. Carpet and furniture stained.

Very convenient for the city. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. AMAZING staff!
There was only one thing that was off putting. When we arrived the toilet seat had been left up and when I pulled it down, it had missed being cleaned and there was urine and hairs on the seat. I cleaned it off.

Good spacious rooms. Very tidy.
Breakfast was average. We must’ve come down at the wrong time as there was no coffee or hot breakfast food.

Room size, lighting and cleanliness was good. Close to Walgreens and main street. Staff polite and helpful. On site basic breakfast option convenient. Rooftop bar view was good.
Outside noise at night was constant and bed was on a very high pedestal, ok for me but think an elderly, disabled or short person would struggle.
