The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located just minutes from downtown with easy access to Interstate 40 and Interstate 240. Full-service amenities and hotel features include free newspaper, free local calls . This Memphis, TN hotel provides business travelers with modern conveniences like free high-speed Internet access, data port telephones, and access to copy and fax services. In addition to standard amenities, guest rooms feature oversize showers, relaxing chairs, cable television with free HBO, large desks and two-line telephones. Some rooms come equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. Swimming pool, Fitness center and Hot Breakfast are temporarily closed due to this on going pandemics.

- Staff seemed to be doing the best they could. (the ones that actually came into work that day, that is)
- Excellent service
Cons -
- Smelled of weed and cigarettes. Tv remote didn?t work, fridge didn?t work
- Parking was gated so scared from the get go. People smoking weed right in the open as I'm trying to bring family into hotel. No soap (they "ran out" apparently). Only one towel. When I asked for more, they could only spare one more. So much more.
