It's close to my husband they
The housekeeper is a very sweet young lady
Friendly, responsive staff and room was clean.

Cons -

The man at the desk is the worst. They turn the key off by 6pm the night BEFORE you're checking out, They will use their key and just early in at 10am when check out is 11. This is just a tiny bit of the issue
YES, I selected handicap room & was still given a upstairs room, I even told the gentleman running the office I needed a handicap room & was told "No, you go here #204" Also, they have a coffee maker out like they provide coffee but they do not...
Missing small amenities, like hangers, hook on bathroom door, coffee maker, and the room was a bit shabby.

Friendly, responsive staff and room was clean.

Missing small amenities, like hangers, hook on bathroom door, coffee maker, and the room was a bit shabby.

It was close to where I needed to be

The room was dirty. I found old food on the floor in the corner and on the shelf above the closet. Sheets were stained.
