Pros +
- The staff were extremely nice, there was plenty of parking, and the room was the perfect size.
- Absolutely nothing
- The pool and the big rooms with everything we need - except any silverware.
Cons -
- There wasn't extra linen in the closet for the pull out bed like most places. We also didn't have any towels or rags. The staff at the front was very helpful and apologetic about it.
- The air didnt work in our room so they moved us to another room and before we could get our stuff unloaded ..we saw bugs in the kitchenette of our suite. Requested a refund and was denied, manager wasn't going to be in until the morning. So at 9pm on Thanksgiving night..I had to fined myself, 3 kids and 2 dogs a place to stay. We were over 3 hours away from home! I would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone!!
- The dishwasher was full when we arrived. Clean but full. And it could have definitely been cleaner in the room.

Absolutely nothing

Amanda and her husband were amazing. They met and exceeded every request. They were friendly and helpful with our kids.Breakfast was great, a big selection each morning.
