The property was so close to Neyland Stadium, which is why we chose to stay at that location!! It was very clean. Front desk receptionist was kind and check in was quick and easy.

The price for one day stay was astronomical due to The University of Tennessee home game that weekend. Although most hotel locations were priced high, this was the most reasonable and closest available to Neyland Stadium.

Perfect location for visiting our son at UTK! The property is convenient to both campus and downtown. The rooms are large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet even though there was a full house due to home football game. Fitness center was good.

Valet parking, but that is the norm for Knoxville. The restaurant food was not great, but it was game day and they were extremely busy.

All staff VERY accommodating and friendly. Valet parking easy and user friendly with the app; location is perfect for university or downtown access;

didn't have breakfast either day and only dessert and a drink in bar one night. Drink great but dessert (apple crumble?) so so as made with canned sliced apples in syrupy sauce with crunchies added on top. Ate ice cream and left most of 'apple crunch'.Also, sectional sofa and other furniture in the king suite I had was disproportionate to the room size. You could barely walk through 'living area' after opening door to get to bedroom/bathroom and oversized furniture created obstacle course. Rolling suitcase wouldn't get through without turning sideways.

As soon as we pulled in, we were greeted by valet services. The young men were courteous, and professional. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful with check-in. Our room was neat, tidy and very clean. We only stayed one night for a volleyball tournament at the sunsphere which was a very short easy walk to get to. Perfect location. Located within walking distance to a large variety of restaurants as well. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like but wasn't a real problem, was the bathroom door was a clear corrugated looking glass that you could almost see through. For a couple not a big deal, but with kids, a little more privacy in the restroom would be good. But we managed.

Valet Parking is unnecessary..You can easily self park in the car park under the Hotel..

Great location. We were able to walk to campus and other places nearby.

Valet parking is the only option on the property and costs $35. It is come-and-go without extra charge so at least there’s that, or street parking.

Very clean and great location

Valet parking only ($35/night). I opted to park in the adjacent UT commuter parking garage and had no issue. Not sure if this is always an option though as we were there on a weekend during the summer with no big events on campus.
