Friendly, helpful staff late night check-in was easy.

Everybody with a motorcycle or pick-up is gonna come full throttle blasting through the city center from 9pm until 6am, so don't expect to get any sleep.

The hotel was clean and staff was amazing!!

Avery!!! All the staff were very polite and helpful but, Avery went above and beyond!! Not just with my family either! I watched her be just as helpful and polite to everyone that entered the building!! Thank you all for a wonderful time!!

This hotel was on the pricey side so we were disappointed that they charged $15 for parking in the hotel parking garage.

Absolutely zero complaints about his hotel. Everything was clean and modern. Room was comfortable, Staff was courteous with southern charm. Continental breakfast offered plenty of quality choices. Would recommend a stay here for anyone.

not close to many restaurant options. I guess that was on us for booking it. We were only staying one night anyway. The main entrance off the street was locked. Wasn't sure where to park to check in. had to walk in through parking garage to check in

Location and price. Clean and comfy.

The sound proofing doesn't seem to include the bathroom. But this is a minor issue to the overall great experience.

Super convenient to University and staff was super friendly.

On 5th floor and road noise and inside wall noise was a bit much, paper thin walls.

They did not have the room available that I booked (and paid extra for) and then the staffing was rude about it.

The shower in the room was very difficult to manange. Bathroom was too small and shower only had a half panel of glass, allowing all the water to run out into the bathroom floor. No bench in shower making it very difficult for someone handicapped to use.

It's proximity to Knoxville Coliseum, and downtown restaurants!!! All within walking distance!

Parking, on site will only accommodate small to compact vehicles!

It's right on Henley St. The street noise was loud and distracting. The parking garage doesn't have enough spaces for all guests.

Price was just right, beds were comfortable, perfect location for what we needed. Staff has pleasant and breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is right off a very busy street. It was very noisy , honking horns ,screeching cars, loud mufflers . Wall are very thin can hear your neighbors.

Quiet, clean, nice breakfast.

Staff is always happy, and more than helpful. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean. Parking is pretty tight in the ramps,so if you have a larger vehicle beware. would stay here again.

They were doing some renovations somewhere in the building, and you could hear them making noise thru the air vents in our room?

Parking lot security was excellent. A key card was needed to exit.

Smell. Not musty but not good.
