- Its a beautiful property and conveniently located downtown. The room and beds were incredibly comfortable. But what made it really special was the staff; hotel employees were just awesome. Can¿t wait to go back.
Cons -
- More towels in the bathroom and additional glasses for drinking.
- No self parking
- Current construction on the adjacent Marriott. I¿ll be glad when that is finished.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Surprisingly good food.
The liquid soap had more perfume than a Mary Kay reunion. When I asked for bar soap, I was told they do not provide it. Not expected in a 5 star hotel.
For a â∠Âluxuryââˆhotel I was expecting more. Bed uncomfortable, room not clean to my standards... there was some type of reside (shampoo, soap?) running down the sink cabinet, random weird hairs all throughout the bathroom. I was disappointed covid rela
The exterior appearances
The surprise of valet parking mandatory @ $25.00 or $15.00 self park at the Holliday inn.
The size of the room
The cleanliness of the room did not live up to to the reviews we had read. There was hair and fingernail clippings all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator still had an open container of water left over from the prior guest.
I was very satisfied with my stay.. only was the room among the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and thorough.
I didn't like that I had to limit my state to three nights! My schedule took me away from Knoxville, unfortunately oh, so I'll have to wait for another trip to stay again.
I really liked everything about this hotel! There was an older gentleman working that provided amazing customer service! He is an asset to your establishment!
Our view was poor and the room service menu seemed to be lacking enough options for us.
Quick response to calls from the room
Did not mention they would be charging ( especially so much) if you used internet.
I love the aroma as you walk thru the hotel and the staff was top notch.
The cleanliness.
Nothing!
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Knoxville. The staff was wonderful and met all our expectations.
Beautiful hotel, great spot, and incredibly friendly staff.
Breakfast was not included, and bathroom not as clean as I'd expect it to be.
Very good location! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Bathrooms were very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
Some of the lights in the room didnt work but thats no big deal, the coffee machine wasn't working but they offered to give us coffee and we're very helpful. Nice place but somewhat over priced compared to similar establishments.
The location and the accommodations were good.
Valet parking only. I was told that the fee would be $30.00, but I was charged $40.00 upon checkout. Disappointing to say the least.
Location perfect, courteous staff, very nice and comfortable room!
I liked everything
The room with a view deal...everything was amazing. Luxurious large shower and robes/slippers for the pampering; stationary and pen. Upscale yet friendly vibe. I also did not hear a single door slam, or anything really so the units are soundproofed thoroughly. Floors 1-5 are the public hotel spaces and 6 and 7 are private residences. A legit Barrista in the coffee/pastry/sandwich shop by the lobby and an unobstructed close up wiee of the sunsphere.
The final nightly rate was over $100 more than the price I ended up paying plus forced valet
The people, EVERY ONE, was pleasant, welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Coudln't have asked for better.
we mentioned to the desk, an edge wand for the vacuum for occasional use would be nice. The only cleaning detail to mention. Except for a long dark hair in our sheets that must've been from the person who made the bed. I am VERY detail oriented and used to clean professionally. If there was a complimentary breakfast, I completely forgot it. I was only 16 days out of extensive spine surgery that wan't planned before I bought tickets to the concert nearby. It would've been nice to havde been reminded on check in that we did (IF we did) haved breakfast and what the hours are...and possibly a card with the menu along with our room keys. It was a VERY special occasion for us, but we are "aging" and I am taking meds that may effect my memory, and my husband usually depends on me to take care of travel details.?
