It appeared to be newly renovated, the bathroom was clean and new

There were some sketchy people hanging around that made me nervous

The pillows were great! I also loved the sausage gravy and biscuits at breakfast.

There was no yogurt or granola offered for breakfast.

The staff were great and the breakfast area was very nice.

- parking lot all the way around the back - the mattress and pillows were both very uncomfortable - the bed made a lot of noise

The breakfast crew were great! They were helpful, friendly and always cleaning and refilling breakfast items.

New, clean, and safe location....room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for a short drive to downtown Knoxville.

Only complaint is that there wasn't a remote control for the 2nd TV that was located in front of the pullout sofa but was not a big deal for us.

Breakfast was excellent!

We stayed 4 days and would have made use of a dresser if one were available. Also, a room safe would be great.

Convenient to I-40 easy on/off. Rooms are nice Breakfast is good for the star rating Pool area is standard and more tables and lounges are needed to accommodate guest. Closes at 9pm which is early for guest arriving in evening. Consider a later time.

Hotel floors had pungent odor almost like urine or sewage on 1st floor

The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Nice variety of food.

The room looked clean until I saw hair and dirt under the bathroom vanity. I found a small staple in the sheets which makes me think they aren?t changing the sheets after each guest!! It shares the parking lot with The Red Roof Inn.

Breakfast could use some improvements.

There was dog treats in our room on the floor, it didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly

Everything was very clean. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast wasn't bad. Staff were very friendly.

Wasn't there long. 30 minutes. Don't know.

Charged $230 for 30 minutes in the room, no mess no dirty towels the room was left like I found it. My event was cancelled for weather just as I entered my room. I was booked for Friday through Sunday morning. I was told I would be refunded my money other than Friday. I was refunded $130. The math doesn't work. The greed doesn't surprise me guess the owners need the money more than I would for a wasted trip of 8 hours. Typical!

Very clean,great location and great breakfast.

Parking was a little on the small size for the size of hotel.

I had a good experience

Breakfast was good but I couldn't eat some of the things on the menu because they had pork. The biscuit gravy, for example. I forgot the other one. There was a couple there as well who do not eat anything with pork either.Other than that, it was okay.

9:30 seems a little early to stop serving but breakfast was fine.

Odd smell in the room

The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a good variety. Overall, great experience and will stay again!

The back parking lot was crowded. There was some undesirable materials on the ground in the parking lot (beer cans, used condoms, liquor bottles).
