The staff was friendly

The floors was dirty. Tried to find a clean room three times. Finally found one at the three tries. It was halfway decent

The room is not great the staff is not well versed in the standards of acceptable customer service, rude and personalities are dry and expressionless the hotel states free breakfast and has not provided one in three years I know of checkout is too early

Customer Service of receptionist was good!

Dirty sheets, covers, pillowcases...couldn't sleep under sheets

Location! We were traveling on 75north an the hotel was right off the exit

No wash clothes in our room.

Bathroom door broken toilet stopped up when we got there the comforter was barely bigger than a sheet tv remote didn?t work it?s just felt ran down

Nothing to be honest

Front desk staff mentioned they were about to go to the bathroom as I was checking in which is fine, but then they were upset and did not believe me when I was only in the room for 30 seconds and found bed bugs. I did not stay

Had to ask for a light bulb Remote didn¿t work. Couldn¿t use some of the exit doors

the staff and location. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The location was great for my commute.

There are some repairs that are needed. i.e. Toilet paper holders need to be replaced-light bulbs replaced-electric outlets that don't work-there is supposed to be breakfast but there never is-keycards that work sporadically

Not much

The maids are lazy. Even if you beg them they still wouldn't clean your room. I've been at this hotel for about four nights and five days, and still haven't received any service.

Found pills and cigarettes on the floor. Smelled like dogs. Breakfast in a bag (no waffles). Filthy.

The door bolt was broken, toilet clogged, hallway / lobby not vacuumed/ people keep coming and gloving , slamming doors so not very peaceful. Arguing neighbors, breakfast bag is sad - 2 granola bars and a water :( One lights is usually not working.

One of the house keepers was nice.

The host put me in an upstairs room. I booked a downstairs room. I'm disabled. It's hard climbing stairs. Then the water was turned off no notification. Three days. Who does that!!

Location was great

Some of staff was unhelpful others were great some sketchy looking residents but for price I'm not complaining

This hotel was terrible. The sink had no cold water, only hot. The cold water valve under the sink had been turned off as it leaked when opened. The TV didn't work at all and in the morning we found a large insect (a tick) in the bed. It was disgusting!

Yes, everything is bad in this hotel, outside the room and inside very dirty, many things are broken in the room, old furniture, horrible staff, unsafe, smell so bad and smoke everywhere and more things bad.
