Hampton Inn Knoxville-East

Hotel employee was very friendly and welcoming. The lady there this morning (don’t know her name) was also very kind and greeted us when we walked downstairs. Wonderful experience!

The cleanliness, the staff, the room was large! Breakfast was really good! the pool being open 24 hours!

Clean and no overt smell

Only complaint, and it is minor, is the shower in the handicap bathroom we rented was not intuitive. It took a bit to figure out how to use the wand and shower. I think the room we stayed in was #320.

The hallways smell like dog urine. The rooms smell like dog poop and urine. We switched rooms and the second room smelled like dog urine. The sheets and beds smell. If you have asthma or allergies- this place is not for you, the area is sketchy,

Great location, decent hot breakfast, quiet space, comfy bed

Shower had no water pressure at all and it was not very clean

Clean facility and helpful staff. Quiet too.

Exercise room up to date and all working. Clean and friendly.

The pool water was cold

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Quiet location.

The shower door was straight out of the 90s and had to be put back on the track and would barely stay. Kept expecting it to fall at any time. Everything else in the room was fairly updated so I'm not sure what they were thinking leaving the shower door.

I just needed a clean, safe place to sleep for the night during a long road trip. This hotel worked out well. It is located right off I-40, with a gas station nearby. Extremely easy to park, check-in, find coffee in the morning, and check-out.

Not all other hotel guests wore masks throughout the property.

Our room as well as the whole building was extremely clean! The front desk was a ray of sunshine while checking in.

For once the great reviews I read was right on the mark. I wish I had come earlier to enjoy all the comforts, but just wanted a quiet clean comfortable to end a 10 hour drive and get enough rest for the next day and a 7 hour drive.

Layout of the room. Bed was against the bathroom wall not the common wall and made the room feel larger and more at home.

The staff were all great, and check-in was a breeze.

Wifi reliability was ok.

Reasonable rate, clean rooms and lobby, free breakfast, friendly staff, and eastern location was perfect for driving east the next morning. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.
