Rodeway Inn Knoxville East

Please read my Google Maps review on the Knoxville Rodeway inn. It was falling apart, moldy, and made me very sick. The staff was unhelpful and dishonest. Photos are attached to my Maps review.

staff was rude and unhelpful

dirty with mold in the room, ac only half worked, requested another room and they basically said deal with it. Don't waste your money here.

Staff couldn't understand that great, no breakfast even after calling to see!!!! And room wasn't cleaned that great

The location was pretty much the most I liked.

I sure did not like the rudeness of its owners. I arrive at 1am and the owner responds after I ring them and says, WHAT DO YOU WANT? I kindly say I have a reservation. Owner responds, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? NO BREAKFAST AT ALL

Charge $50 deposit not refunded First room they put us in had bugs And the air-conditioning unit did not work second room they put us in at cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling which led you to believe they weren’t very good at cleaning.

The lady who checked me in was very nice.

The room was outdated and not clean. There was mold in the tub and stuff on the bathroom floor. Overall, the property needs a lot of help.

clean, spacious, and better breakfast than expected

further from Knoxville than I expected.

It wasn't to close to traffic so it was pretty quiet.we were able to get a parking spot right below our room wich was a plus.

We got a nonsmoking room but you could tell it had been smoked in. Our son is allergic so now he is having to take medecine. Also our bathroom door knob was completely broke(had not guts in it). Our microwave had nasty food all over it.

Room was clean and staff responded to what ever questions we had.

No coffee machine.

The couple that manages the hotel is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. it's a little off the main road so no traffic noise.

The room smelled a bit musty but I didn't notice it much after a little while. It's not accessible by public transit and is fairly far outside downtown so expect to wait a while for a cab or Uber/Lyft.

The room was nice. I always appreciate a fridge with a little freezer.

They called me after we checked in after midnight. Anything they needed should have been addressed at checkin. They also knocked on the door before it was time to checkout. When I asked what they needed, no answer was given even though I asked repeatedly.

The room was very lackluster. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable and the sheet were very thin. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom were almost non-existent, and the water was scolding hot to point where it was unusuable.

I could hear the other room's conversation through the shared locked door.

the appearance of the hotel on line is very misleading. Very outdated room. Vanity and sink were in very bad condition. Commode was running. Terrible water pressure for shower. Room fixtures were mix and match of things. Extremely disappointed.

The location was good right off the highway and the price was very competitive.

Air conditioner not cold enough. No hair dryer in room. Freezer part of refrigerator not clean. Looked like a coke may have leaked in it.

The beds where soft and the room was nice for the price.

No coffee pot and breakfast left much to be desired.

Room had been partially updated.

Room walls dirty and needed painting. Bathroom was not very clean. Broken and water marked lampshades. Slight smell in the room. Message light on phone stayed on. Hard to understand the staff.
