The staff was attentive, friendly and competent.

The two young staff members when we first checked in were extremely helpful and nice.

Room had a strong odor so moved to a second room which did not have a working TV & the bedside light did not work. Staff moved us to to third room which was better, but when i pulled the sheets back there was a small dead bug in the bed which i removed.

Location and clean

Bed was placed odd in the room facing the window and not the tv. Hot water for tea was not kept hot into the evening.

Rooms were clean and quiet for proximity to interstate. Staff was accommodating when my Mom was discharged from hospital one day early and came back to stay with me. They moved us into a handicap accessible room and made sure we had everything needed.

Staff were all fantastic and the hotel is convenient to all of Knoxville.

Pool and pool room seemed a bit dirty, but not unusable.

The staff member running the breakfast was so friendly and she set up and maintained an extremely clean and well stocked buffet. Our room was very nice and the staff at the front desk were great.

The coffee was terrible, but the food and everything else was great.

I have stayed in many hotels in the U.S. and abroad and this place was the cleanest, best smelling hotel I have ever stayed in and it was pet friendly! The rooms, hallways, grounds were immaculate. Quiet. I was very pleased. Breakfast good too!

There was nothing I did not like

Breakfast was good but the lady refilling the eggs was perfect She was extremely well suited for her job. She could teach a customer service training class. The pm desk clerk was also very nice.

Clean, clutter free

The cook left 30 minutes before the end of breakfast, so the kitchen ran out of breakfast items at least 30 minutes before the end.

Everyone was friendly but especially the lady at the breakfast buffet, such a happy soul and went out of her way to get me orangeon Saturday morning. I guess the only thing I missed is having our room changed Daily. The pillows have a lot to be desired.

We¿d love to have some one bedroom suites available so we could have a room separate from the kids but still together.
