Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. No noise problems from adjoining rooms. Will book with the hotel again when in the Knoxville area.

Hotel advertising mentioned free breakfast. Upon arrival, breakfast was not included as described.

Friendly staff-check in/out returned to more traditional times 11am and 3pm.

Proximity to Neyland Stadium. We were supporting the visiting team, but all the Vols excitement by the staff was pretty cool.

I loved the hotel and convenience is a restaurant. The only issue was that the sheet on the bed has not been changed. I was very disappointed. Everything else was great. Staff was friendly. And helpful.

Charging for breakfast is crazy for as much as people pay to stay, breakfast should be complementary

Location and stuff

Cleanliness was unacceptable;carpet not vacuumed,pillow cases with facial hair and makeup on them, bathroom floor disgusting with hair everywhere. Having issues not having housekeeping stuff is passed to the customers who still paying full price!

Had Maintenance issues with electric, maintenance person was not in on the day we reported issue.

For it being Hilton you would expect complimentary breakfast (cereal,fruit,bagels). One waitress for the whole dining room (both breakfast & dinner).

The room was disgustingly filthy. When I pulled back the comforter on my bed, the sheets were dirty and stained with blood. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower was dirty. A dirty room during a pandemic??!! Not good!

Convenient to the interstate and to the area in which our functions were held. I did get 2 connecting rooms which was helpful for my family.

Smelly rooms, stained and damaged furniture, bed spreads with burn holes in them. Out dated televisions. Went to get ice for 2 buckets and ONLY 3 cubes came out.

Price. Location next to highway.

The "prison terminal" for late checkin. Talking to people through glass is humiliating.

The staff was welcoming and the hotel is located a short walk away from a Waffle House, but that didn't make up for a long list of downfalls.

The bed comforter was torn, the shower didn't drain well, the safe was already locked, there were no hot breakfast options, the heat was off when I arrived, and for a lack of space I'll end it there.
