    Pros +

    • I liked the bed was clean.
    • Check in was quick and easy.
    • Customer service was awesome and personable. The room and rate were pretty good and included a good continental breakfast. I travel back and forth between Georgia and Tennessee and this Country Inn hotel location was in a good accessible spot.

    Cons -

    • This property is under construction and could easily be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my 35 years of business travel. From noone in the lobby, non working lights, no sheets on the bed and a leaking toilet that ran down 3 floors. Horrible.
    • It is totally under a major renovation. No front door or a pull through to check in. Construction materials blocked the entire entrance and parking lot. Plastic covered the entire front entrance. Parking was terrible and A/C was terrible. No hotel signage
    • Did not know the hotel was under construction at the time of booking online. There was a huge stain on the carpet in our room. Air conditioner didn?t work half the time and the refrigerator had a really loud buzzing noise.

The first room we entered had full waste cans from the previous occupant, animal waste under the bathroom sink, a bathroom sink that wouldn?t drain, and filthy floors. The 2nd room they gave us had a hairbrush on the floor and drain issues

    2TimothyPosted on: 7-19-2024

Check in was quick and easy.

The room reeked of mold. The toilet was loose and leaked each flush. The door only closed if I put my shoulder into it. There was hair all over the shower...before I got into it. And yes, cockroaches. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have changed hotels.

Front desk staff was rarely available, everywhere except behind the desk. Computer was broken. This was paramount to me. Pool heater was broken and apparently has been for quite sometime leaving pool useless.

Horrible wouldn't let me stay without a deposit stayed there several times without issue and never have done this had to book another hotel

Front desk was rude stated kept telling me I needed to learn to listen. I have stayed there several times with no issues after driving a hour and a half was told I lived to close. Nothing was stated in the hotel regarding this. Scam

The evening staff were very friendly and helpful.

oom was an accessible room. It is hardly accessible if I'm not weight bearing and have to step over a fullsized tub. It had no shower chair or access to shower without drenching the floor and the room only had 2 towels.Hot foods were cold and bland.

bed was comfortable & room was clean.

the man who checked me in wasnt friendly and he smelled like hasty stale cigerettes. not very nice first impression at all. the guy had white hair & beard. management needs to clean him up and give him a course on customer service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great price!

The outside appearance needs to be remodeled.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-25-2023

The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit older with items which are slowly being upgraded. All in all I would stay there again. It will be better once they replace a few of the older items but don¿t let this keep you from staying at this location it¿s safe abs clean .

    6JacobPosted on: 7-16-2023

The staff was very courteous and helpful! The breakfast they served daily was great. The rooms were clean and free of any kind of bugs or dirt.

The beds were hard and lumpy. The hotel pool room needed to be renovated. The ceiling was pealing and the AC conduit was rusted over. I believe the "SPA" they had was a 1 foot deep pool to stick your feet in. The hot tub was down for maintenance.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-6-2023

Location was good but needed better access other than through a gas station

Accommodations were not as listed over sold in advertising and broken chairs around pool no hot tub water running from pipes in ceiling¿ extra charge of $50 a day at check in .. one of the worst motels I¿ve ever stayed in!! Staff extremely rude also

    1JeraldPosted on: 2-1-2023

    Location

The rooms were filthy. People outside sleeping in vehicles staff outside smoking most of the night. We will never stay in This hotel chain again some may be better but I¿m not chancing it it was horrible

    5AshleyPosted on: 10-25-2022

Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Quiet

the indoor pool was supposed to be heated, it was freezing. Hot tub wasn¿t working. Sheets and comforter had stains on them. Coffee machine looked like it was never cleaned

    Comfortable bed

Only local tv. Dim halls. Staff not friendly. Meager hot breakfast.

    5NatashaPosted on: 5-8-2022

The rooms were pretty decent and they slays have extra towels.

Construction workers at 7am beating on metal or something right above my head and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. I didn't like the fact that they had a drop ceiling in the bathrooms only. Breakfast wasterrible,Way over price
