The location is good. It was obvious the rooms had a recent makeover and upgrades.

ice machine broken, but got ice from the office.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was not very good. No waffle batter, no milk to have cereal and no juice. Had toast with butter.

Couch was completely broken, smelled like smoke, just generally dirty, but we were only staying one night, so it served its purpose. Breakfast was lame but they had a waffle maker

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.

Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Grumpy, acerbic clerk doled out ice cubes like they came out of his paycheck. Guest room had filthy windows, grubby public areas + the most penurious breakfast we've encountered at a QI, combined w/the sour owner/clerk to make for a most unpleasant time.

Old and filthy. Felt like I needed a shower after a shower. Breakfast was non edible.

It was convenient in my time of need, when looking for a place to stay. Being able to park in front of my room was also helpful for security concerns. The ability to have the pet I was traveling with was a MAJOR bonus.

There was no remote for the TV and the towels seemed old and definitely had some visible staining. Otherwise I had zero issues.

Somewhat convenient location. Cheap, but not cheap enough to make it a good value. Good Mexican restaurant across the street.

Room was dirty. Parts of the bath door were missing and the door was split down its edge. Toilet ran constantly and sink dripped. Room had a foul odor and the trashcans outside were overflowing. Desk couldnt give us a receipt at checkout. Fraud concern.

Location to event was good.

Somewhat unfriendly, long check in process. Room was fairly clean at first look, but found dirty sock by air unit, dirty in corners and smaller spaces. Room had a very strong odor that did not go away.

close to interstate and gas stations, room was quiet, pet friendly.

Bare bones. Dated, dirty bathroom grout in tile, writing & stains on wall, torn furniture, crumbs around microwave & refrigerator, underwhelming breakfast.

I¿m disabled Veteran so put me in 1 st floor handicap room. Room clean and update decor. Very nice. Hot Breakfast with eggs, sausage gravy, and waffles. All was good.

Towel rack had been torn off wall and badly repaired in bathroom. Held towels ok. One of the handicap bars was loose by toilet put still holding good. Bathroom big , clean, and well stocked.

We stayed two nights. Everything was great! Easy check-in, nice clean large rooms . and comfy bed

The location and price.

The room was not very clean. Furniture appeared to have been moved around by last guest and not put back. Broken leg on the desk. 1 tissue left in the tissue box. Coffee filter with old grounds left in a dirty coffee maker. Trash outside on curb.

Very clean!

Unfortunately, they are very understaffed and I had to wait for over an hour for my room. I do understand the job market though, so it didn't ruin my experience.
