It had a Victorian Era vibe. The staff was helpful and professional.

Rooms were a bit dated but very clean.

Clean. Room location and size were amazing.

Bed was a bit soft and the needed new pillows.

Coffee maker in the room was broken. The desk said they would replace. Other than that great stay and highly recommend.

The character of the hotel. The Carnegie is such an ornate treasure. This hotel is levels above anywhere I have stayed with attention to detail, comfortable and unique sitting areas, fresh flowers and a great spa.

Fantastic job of recreating a late 1800s to early 1900s grand hotel with all the modern amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. Also just minutes from Johnson City Medical Center and the ETSU campus.

So cool! Historic looking. Nice spa. Food at Wellington¿s restaurant was excellent. Awesome bed!!! Apple cider in lobby was delicious. Christmas decorations were still up when we got there and we¿re beautiful. Will be back next time we are in this to

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Decor was lovely, and room was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

Parking got crowded at times, but not to the point where I couldn¿t find a spot.

It is right across the street from ETSU and yet it is just a bit of luxury and historic ambiance.

Parking is plentiful, but it is a bit difficult to move around the entrance and knowing which may is the correct traffic pattern.

A bit of a maze. Make sure you know where your elevator is before you leave checkin. Also, PRO TIP: when arriving approach hotel on Vine street and then turn left into one way alley between S. Upper and S. Limestone. Marriott is on your left.

Facilities and staff were great and very helpful

Had to remind staff, front desk, to clean our room. I do not consider telling staff to clean my room is an attribute for a near five star hotel.

Great location on the main drag into town. This is a very ornate hotel that was a pleasure to stay in.

Bed was very soft...more of a hammock than a mattress .

Check in and check out were both seamless. The room was spacious and clean. No outside or hallway noise that could be heard inside the room. Huge bathroom!. Up to date TV with all the channels you need.

There was traffic in and out of the parking lot all night due to the Resturant and private events. The parking lot beside and in front of the hotel was very tight. I was almost sure my car was going to get dinged... but it didn't. :)
