Hampton Inn Johnson City

The room was not cleaned properly the second day I was at the hotel. The sink had coffee spots since I had emptied the cup and rinsed it out but after I came back saw the spots. Not vaccumed and garbage bag was missing and bed was not made. Weird smell

The management and staff were so wonderful. Friendly, kind, interested in helping any way they could.

It was in a convenient spot close to stores clean nice hospitality was great breakfast was awesome

Front desk staff was awesome at checkin. Very clean hotel.

1 suggestion We attended a concert at Freedom Hall which is about a mile away. Because of the size of crowd, we couldnt get an Uber. It would have been great if hotel had a courtesy shuttle for these special events. Would have paid extra for that.

Proximity to ETSU and reasonably priced rooms.

Not really, overall everything was as expected. Had some parking issues at times due to some construction on hotel. Nothing major though.

The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices, well prepared in a clean setting. The breakfast staff was delightful.

I was running late due to having rental car issues. The lady let me add my daughter to the room since she made it there 3 hrs before me and she couldn¿t check in

Room had old gum stains in carpet

Had to wait on getting the room but the staff every time we worked with them went out of their way to help. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

The breakfast was outstanding. Also, we ended up spending half the night in the ER, and they were very gracious and gave us a late check out for 2:00 pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were extremely comfortable. I liked that they had coffee reg and decaf available in the lobby at all times. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good too, especially the waffles which made breakfast ! Very cozy pleasant experience.

Room had not been dusted in a very long time. The cleanliness could be improved.

Very friendly staff, offering to help in any way. I¿m OCD, so I noticed minute things as far as cleanliness¿things no one else would notice, nothing drastic.

Although we declined housekeeping on a daily basis, we were offered towels; however, we weren¿t able to get hand towels¿guess they were out of them. I had brought a roll of paper towels and we used them when the initial hand towels were dirty.

Rooms had a musty smell like a wet dog. AC was not working properly during the night.

That it was a Hampton. And that they had a good breakfast.

Tired.. but given the price, it was ok for getting off the road and spending the night..

At the time the rooms did not have refrigerators. It looked like they were getting put in when I checked out.

Along our way from solar eclipse was a good option

The rollaway was not in room as requested. No ice chest in room. Construction prevented our use of pool. Workers left exit doors open with rocks so anyone could enter hotel after hours.

So far Hampton Inn has never let me down. This is no exception. Best part would have to be clean worry free beds with comfortable mattresses.

The only thing I can think of is in the double queen room I would have liked to have a night stand on the other side of the bed in addition to the one shared in the middle.

Great breakfast,Neutrogena bath products, loads of towels, granite countertop, huge fridge, microwave and a huge TV.
