The carpet in the room, the heater/air-conditioned in the room. The noise from other guests in the morning.

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was good. I had everything I needed - fridge, microwave, hairdryer, lots of shampoo and conditioner and lotion (big bottles installed there), and breakfast!

My room did not have a safety lock (it was broken). I forgot to mention this to the staff. I didn't feel safe unless I pushed the chair in front of the door! Also the refridgerator was missing a leg and was wobbly. The carpet was old and dingy.

The lobby was updated but small

Room smelled terrible, carpet was visibly very dirty, there was dirt all over the bathroom door, the bathroom door handle barely worked, there was a stain on my sheet, and we were told we couldn't use the ice machine to put ice in our cooler.

I was last here about a year ago and the overwhelming image was that it was worn and neglected. Nice surprise to see a change in staff, the rooms painted, and carpets cleaned. It makes a big difference. A lot nicer

Nothing about staff or management, but other clients.Seems like when some people check into a motel the Rube factor emerges where they don't care who they disturb with engine noise, loud conversations, telephone calls, & not cutting off headlights

The check-in area and the breakfast area was very nice, clean and modern.

The room itself was subpar. It smelled and the beds were not comfortable. The walls must be thin because I heard car doors slamming, doors opening and closing, and suitcases being dragged up and down the outdoor stairs at all hours of the night.

Nothing they ripped me off completely I ended up walking the street with my luggage all night

The staff was trying to take off multiple amount of money from my cards.

Late evening there were young men knocking on our room door and window. Morning and evening there were several men dressed untidy hanging around. The breakfast was not hot, no condiments. When my wife politely asked for butter jelly something for toast

Location

Carpet was filthy....my white socks were covered. Wouldn't take them off while walking on the floor. There was still dirt around the wall corners in the bathroom. Overall, I didn't think the price matched what we got.

It was in a very good location. Close to the event we were registered to attend and close to a variety of restaurants.

The first room we were given had a broken table shade, blood spot on the curtain and hair on the bathroom floor. We told the front desk about these problems and given a different room. This room was clean and had no broken items. The breakfast rated 0.

Hotel employees both were very nice and friendly when checking in and checking out. Hot breakfast was pretty good too.

The pool is very small and not deep enough. The A/C made a loud sound periodically, in which I had to turn it off for a few minutes. But the room got hot quick. And it smelled like urine in the bathroom. There was a long strand of hair in the sink too.

Price

Overly perfumed...and not a good scent. Cigarette burns on the comforter. Flimsy door lock. AC fan was so loud it was difficult to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and did their best to answer questions and provide requested extra items. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable which was nice since I always bring my own pillow on trips and forgot it this time. Good location too.

The carpets in this hotel are beyond disgusting and its more than a poor cleaning lady could ever fix, they need professional cleaning at minimum. Really replacement. They're the reason for the complaints of nonsmoking rooms still smelling like old smoke.

I¿ve got a blanket with blood stains on it they try to charge me when it wasn¿t me you could tell it was a old stain!!!!

The price

Bedroom was smelled cigarette and the carpet it wasn't vacuum. I saw around in the room in the floor pretzels..grapes and residuals of napkins under the bed.(alot)..the carpet have four white spots like somebody split milk and spot whites in the mattress.

Really comfortable beds

The room air conditioner did not cool as efficiently, as I thought it might. Nonetheless, I did not suffer, and the weather was EXTREMELY hot. The weather may have contributed to the efficiency. I would still use this hotel again!
