- I loved that staff member that checked me in was super helpful and nice. She said she's originally from Las Vegas, NV and she helped me translate messages to the hotel cleaning staff when I needed towels. Lots of shopping and food in the area.
- The breakfast buffet, pool, and room was amazing! The best waffles from any hotel!! Absolutely loved the staff and all their kindness. The icing on the cake was the heated saltwater pool! Definitely coming back.
- the front manager was so friendly. The kitchen staff were ALL exceptional. The breakfast that they prepared was infinitely better than other hotels. It was comparable to a very nice restaurant. Our room was perfect.

- The hotel needs a serious upgrade and the cleaning staff could use a bit of decorum. Since our room wasn't going to be serviced the next day, I was made to walk the dirty towels to their staff laundry by an employee. I resorted to Google for translation.
- I understand about pets being allowed in hotels, but I specifically requested that my room be placed on a floor or at least a room that did not have pets in it. My allergies cannot handle pets and the dog next door barked loudly.

Quiet, clean and comfy. Our room was larger than expected and included a complete kitchen.
Location close to interstate but far enough away from loud traffic. Complimentary breakfast, bottled water and fruit. Cheese omelette and oatmeal was excellent.
Price was steep Bacon would be great on breakfast buffet. Raisins were stale and had turned sugary and dry.

Basically a new hotel. The hotel was in a central location for our vacation.
The room was rather plain with a small bathroom. The breakfast was very bland. I expected better for the price of the room.
