Location right off highway was nice

The bedding on the beds has stains on them. The booking said queen size bed was more like twin. At booking there was no King size available. The breakfast food was not hot or empty items.

The manager. Was very professional and kind. He even hunted us down a deck of cards on a stormy day( we didn't want to leave the hotel). The breakfast was good. P.S. Cracker Barrel is right next door!!!

the toilet would run sometines the smell of the room which eas supposed to be non smoking smelled like smoke and dog urine

Not a thing it sucked the motel was nasty and full of roaches and bugs

Yeah I'm full of bugs air conditioner don't work and it sucked

My non smoker room smelled like a long term smoking room. My adult daughter couldn't visit with me because of her allergies.

It’s near just about everything in JC, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful,

Close to Bristol.

Tried to get $100 cash deposit. All others want credit card.

noisy A/C, bed sheet and chair had stains, missing do not disturb sign, choice of TV programming in eating area (news channel), maybe something more general or family-friendly; outside appearance was was not great

Blood on comforter along with stains, stains on comforter and chair. Guy loitering in parking lot felt unsafe. Dirty everywhere. And I am not a complainer and can handle a l Lot of things but this was unsafe

Check in person was great

First room smelled like something sour so she put us on the 2nd floor. It was better but still not good. I would never stay there again

The room was not very clean and gave off that vibe. The top of the bed blanket had stains along with the not so white towels. The towels had brownish stains on them also. The front of the frig was stained with something spilled down the front of it.

Friendly, helpful, clean rooms and property, delicious hot breakfast, excellent service will be staying again definitely.

No everything was perfect

Location was great to where I needed to be for business. Slept well both nights I was there. Breakfast was minimal (hate those "synthetic" egg omelettes), but the Cracker Barrel, next door, worked for me on the second morning. The staff was all great.

The smoking room was not great and I had sinus trouble all the next day. However, I am appreciative of the fact the hotel accommodated me, while it was full and this was the last room.

Nothing. Gross conditions.

Cockroach problem, food left in the refrigerator, mold. This hotel should be closed down.

I did not stay at the hotel, the room was too nasty. I had to find another hotel to stay at for the weekend

Dirty, hot water was warm, not hot at all. coffee was undrinkable, breakfast was extremely sparse.

I paid for 2 nights. Arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning. I did not want to stay the second night though I knew I would not get a refund. VERY disappointed in the star rating.

The proximity to the interstate was nice, and there's a Cracker Barrel across the parking lot.

My door was wide open to the elements when I pulled up after checking in and the jacuzzi tub jets didn't work properly.

Dinner and breakfast food was hot and great selection, very clean room
