Beds too soft, tv came on after minute, phone started a red lite flickering around 4 AM

Shortt of help. Difficulty signing into free? WiFi. They guide you to sign up for Hampton Honors to get wifi or it's not free. The TV system did not work correctly. I had to wait 15 min, nobody at the check in desk. would elaborate more space limited

The entrance felt like walking into a home with the fireplace and couches

The breakfast ended 2 Hours earlier (with no signage or communication) than other hotels within the same brand

The week end crew was not as good as the week day crew. Especially in the breakfast area it was so busy and the employee not as good as week days.

Otherwise all was good

Nice staff, clean rooms, great continental breakfast.

Handicap room could be updated with low entry shower, lower bathroom counter, lower switches, etc.

Comfy bed and great breakfast with attendant who paid attention to details. Late night arrival from vaca drive and just wanted sleep. did not get much.

DO NOT GET room by breakfast area. They had a self closing door (like for rooms) for the kitchen. Every 5-10 minutes starting at 4:30 in the morning there was a door bang. NO sleep for us. Asked for credit on bill but pre-paid and would not adjust. MAD

Everything. From the moment my family walked in. Unfriendly, dirty room, thin walls, loud. It was not worth the money I paid

Very friendly, wonderful, hardworking, accommodating staff. Big size bedrooms and bathrooms. All very clean. Fulfilling breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

One bed had bloodstains on the pillowcase and the bed sheets looked dirty. The bathroom floor was very dirty, the baseboards had not been cleaned in a long time, months maybe. As far as Hampton Inns go it's the worst we've ever stayed at.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was excellent and so helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable with a great view of the mountain and river. We stayed an extra night because it was very nice.

Hampton brand and dependability, location, bed/pillow comfort, and my husband LOVES their breakfast and waffles.

Again, Hampton dependability is why we are repeat customers! I should have noted the 2.5 stars & then would not have been surprised by an issue with cleanliness; specifically hair on the bathroom floor and shower. (That is just nasty and avoidable.)

Right off the highway, friendly and quick check-in, elevator, very nice rooms with comfy beds and the softest pillows. Flat screen, plenty of parking, excellent breakfast, all A++ and the best service & nicest staff made it a joy to visit (twice)! Thanks!

Finding it via navigation was impossible. I believe they are at a different location than the one listed.
