Quality Inn & Suites Jasper - Kimball

It seemed like a “safe” place to stay.

It was not clean at all. Fridge has a large leak all over floor and dangerous. Outlets hanging out of the wall and damage all around the room. Also they tried to force me to buy two room upon areival.

Rooms were renovated.

The entire back was a cheap apartment complex. I had to inform the desk about the alcoholic who stayed in his truck and picked in the parking lot two nights in a row. Breakfast was horrible, bacon was nearly raw, gravy was nasty tasting, milk exp.

When it was time to leave. The only good thing is that it's right off the highway.

I didn't like anything. It was gross, dirty, old, metal bed, smelled bad, guy at the front desk was rude & it was just overall disgusting.

The hotel room smelled bad including like marijuana, and the door handle on the inside was broken. The hotel did not match the online description and ratings. Although it was late at night, I did not feel comfortable with my family staying there.

Easy to find

Old Hotel no elevator. But it met my needs

Staff was very friendly and helpful even with late checkin and early check out.

Exterior room entrance and hotel location

Not clean, 1st room smelled like smoke so requested a different room. 2nd room wasn¿t very clean.

The hotel was clean and affordable. Staff were pleasant and everything was well maintained. Definitely would stay here again. I would put this hotel against some that cost twice as much any day

Proximity to interstate

Disgusting all stinky aircinditioner with heat that reaked up entire room. Absolutely disgusting

Easy to find, reasonable and clean.

No deadbolt on door. Ice machine broken and no alternative offered.

Great people

The bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. It didn't allow for a restful night's sleep. Other interior amenities were also somewhat lacking

This hotel was very clean, good bed and nice breakfast. A great place for a one night stay right off the freeway. It¿s not fancy but very clean, and welcoming staff.

Staff is fast and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean.

There was hair in the shower and the bed was a little noisy

The gal at the front desk was super sweet and efficient. Good value at discount cost.

The hotel room and model in the bathroom and was not clean. There was hair and dirt in the shower. The night manager who checked me in was incredibly rude. The day manager was nice.

Nothing fancy just a nice clean comfortable room. It has 3 good places to eat within walking distance.

Breakfast is continental which is fine but, lacked pastries. Lack of seating in the room.Needs more than 1 chair.
