Hermitage Inn

Well I extended our stay and booked room for --- dollars and got to the front desk and then they charged me 85 that was fine cause a 20 dollar pet fee. And when all that was done clerk told me I still owed 20 dollars for pet fee.

No one bothered me

The guy up front in the mornings was rude and tried to overcharge me

Location but rooms are not in good shape ac is from the 90s and makes a whole lot of noise all night

Tv was skipping couldn't even watch it and the front desk just says they are coming to fix it and then hangs up but it never gets fixed floors are sticky beds are old and uncomfortable

The price. Wifi connection and cable.

Racist housekeepers. Racist staff. Bullied me and my family for no reason after begging us to leave a review before our stay was even over. We had been staying until our new place was ready. Never AGAIN. Unecesseary drama and aggressive attitudes!

Hotel employee is very kind, helpful with strong communication. Great Internet, Cable&the rooms are very spacious and clean. It's very peaceful every time I go. Me and my children and Husband have enjoyed our stay the last three weeks while waiting for our home

Rooms were a dusty old smelled of mildew and workers were in the room next door working late hours

Booked and paid online. Drove up. Spoke to a couple of people and left.

When we drove up it was clear this was a really bad location. One of the guest said that it was filled with shooting drugs and violence but mind your own business and you should be ok. We slept at a truck stop parking lot. Lost the $82.00 room fee.

Nothing, would never stay there again!

Cleanliness, TV did not work, room smelled like urine

I didn't stay they kick me out n i had to repay on cash

Floors were dirty- our feet were black from walking across barefooted, bed linens had cigarette burns in them & the place was full of sketchy people. We ordered a pizza from a local place & were told they do not deliver to this hotel after dark.

Nothing the air quality was poor & none of the outlets worked. The microwave didn¿t work either. I called the front desk and received terrible customer service from the so called ¿manager¿ he tells me the manager will come fix it but never did.

These people are the exception to the rude rule. They barely speak, and when they do, it's in a disrespectful manner. They treated me as if they were doing me a favor to rent an over-priced, dirty room.

I liked the location and that there was a shower in the room.

This hotel is poorly maintained. You get what you pay for. Expect to hear people that are staying there yelling outside and traffic from the main road because the doors to the rooms have gaps. If you can find somewhere else to stay, do so.

I liked that it had beds to sleep on and then get out of there as soon as possible

It's dirty and gross seems like a place you wouldn't want to take a family and you worry all night that your car will be broken into. It kind of stinks too. Even the non smoking room was pbviously smoked in. It's pretty lousy

I do a lot of gaming and been to places that had very poor wifi connection. Would love to try a weekly stay if it's under $---
