Super 8 by Wyndham Hermitage Nashville

My experience with the Super 8 was horrible. There are many people staying at the hotel that are of an unsavory character. The rooms are in need of an update. I will NEVER stay there again.

After my stay,hotel staff kamar accused me of stealing a microwave and threatened police involvement, even though there was no microwave in my room when I arrived. Hours later, he admitted maintenance had removed it before my stay. falsely accused!!!!

They were friendly and helped us

They did not salt or scrape the parking lot in the back. The ice was very thick and dangerous to get to your car and room. If someone had fallen it would have been tragic

Manager was friendly and helpful.

Initial non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and manager reassigned our room. Breakfast items were not restocked as items were taken and there was no coffee available. Overall cleanliness of hotel was lacking.

Nasty , tons of construction & staff was rude .

I went to check in & the staff ask me " What do you want ?"!"What a selfish & rude bunch . I wouldn't allow my hounding to stay there .

Conventional location even those it?s easy to pass up the entrance if you?re not paying attention. I missed it every time and I was using gps.

I was solicited out in the parking lot both nights I stayed, first night/ right off the bat while I was getting my luggage out of my vehicle- and then while I was outside smoking in designated area next night.. same man both times. Ladies just beware!

Filthy floors-black feet when barefoot, no extra blankets available, broken phone, no tv for entire stay, keys stopped working

We had ample space to park our truck and trailer at a camera's view in front of our room

Close to taco bell and the interstate.

I paid for room thru priceline and when I got to hotel, they charged me again for the room. At checkout I was told they put my money back but they didn't. I called you and you told me that they said they refunded money but there is no money n account day6

Nothing, it was gross.. thiscwas reserved for part of our honeymoon. What a disappointment

It was a dirty/ scary place to stay.. druggies sitting in the stair wells

100%Amazing hotel

For one there were ants everywhere even in my bed. The place smelled like some kind of spice scent that made our eyes water the air conditioner was super loud and overall the place was a dump

This place is a complete dump and I payed 100 a night. Ants, and it was dirty

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was difficult to find but once we found it it was in a good location. close to the freeway entrance.

booked a king non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like musty ashtray so bad that we couldn't breathe. Front desk argued about this but we had it in writing. She then moved us and said good luck getting a room that doesn't smell. It did.

Room odor... last time happened the same issue so I was prepared ¿¿

Location was easy to find

Room was not cleaned, staff was not helpful or very friendly, toilet didn¿t work and the shower floor creaked very loudly

I¿m about to go back in a few days for an extended stay two of my colleagues are on their way there to check in tonight,like I said I¿m joining them in a couple of days

I only had 2 towel I left them at the pool an housekeeping wouldn't give me any new one's

Well, for some reason, even though I was in a No Smoking Room/area, people smoked on the halls. Also there was a strong smell on my room during all the stay. It was a combination of tobacco and cannabis. Those are the only 2 things
