Quality Inn Harriman

Did not get the room I paid for. The electricity did not work in the first room they offered. The toilet did not flush in the second room. Both were smoking rooms (paid for a non smoking).

The front desk staff that night was polite and breakfast was great as well. The beds were comfortable just what we needed for a short stop !

Hotel manager was very rude. Called my 15vyear old daughter fat. Had to go through 4 rooms to find a clean-ish one. Got charged again by hotel. And also a deposit fee for linens that were dirty when we got them.

Staff was rude. Room was not clean. Room was not nice at all!! Didn¿t even get to check in until 10pm due to internet problems. When I did get to check in the staff was rude and hateful. Not only to me but also to other customers in the lobby.

One employee on night shift was very nice.

The management staff has their pets running around hotel lobby, drug deals comin in and out of the office and Libby consistently all day and to the other rooms later.

Manager was extremely rude and condescending First room heater did not work and had to move Second room had no toilet paper Ice machines not working and had to purchase my own Only thing they had for "hot breakfast" was waffles

Helpful staff

Room was very old, outlets did not work, needs major renovation. Windows and curtains were dirty, chair was badly soiled, put towel on chair to sit on it. Carpet was new and bed was updated. But bed and bathroom were clean, otherwise I would have left.

Staff was great

My room smelled like someone had several wet dogs living in it. Bathroom needs updates

All the bed stuff was dirty, and they did not bring me replacements but sheets and they were dirty as well

This is a very nice place. Everything in the room is clean, comfortable, and working.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived and gave us some places to check out.

There were flies in the room, the ice machine in the breezeway didnt work, there was a used bar of soap in the shower and someone emptied a litter box in the grass right outside our door.

The desk staff really tried to be helpful

The room was nasty. Really, really gross. I had to change rooms and the second was no better. Hair all over the toilet and tub and floor. Not one, but a lot. The towels were dirty. The old shampoo bottles from the previous person were still on the counter

When we got to the motel the toilet set was broken, the luggage rack was broken and the lamp shade had a split in it. There was not enough towels or wash clothes in the room for 3 people. No room service.the people over it did not care.

Location was good.

It was dirty inside and outside. Cigarette butts and garbage were scattered. One towel and one pillow case looked like they were once used and were not laundered. I paid $---+ for the night online. Later I noticed this hotel charged me $79.15.

Location was just off the highway and near a good restaurant. Price was low. The staff was friendly.

We do not believe clean sheets were put on the bed due to small hairs and nail clippings found in the beds.

Very poor conditions.There were drunk people next door to us. Asked to be moved they did. Got to our room and it hadn¿t been cleaned. Had to wait on that. Then had to go get washcloths. Just very poor experience

The staff on duty that night was really polite and helpful

The room had a roach in it and a couple of flying insects staff came and tried to resolve the problem

Nothing, horrible hotel and owners. Worst hotel ever. We could not even stay there because of how bad it was.

Dirty, vodka bottle in refrigerator, dust everywhere, sticky stuff on dresser, pile of some powder, refrigerator and microwave dirty. Bathroom dirty, tub dirty. Worst hotel ever. No way I was letting my daughter, granddaughters, and mother stay there.

I liked the ability to park my vehicle right outside my room. It made for easy access. I also liked the comfortable beds in the rooms. The room was clean and I felt safe during the time of Covid-19. We also enjoyed the easy access to the outdoor pool.

I feel that the rooms do need to be updated. The TV had terrible graphics. The lights in the room had beat up lamp shades. The overall appearance was old.
