Comfort Inn Harriman

BED BUGS if you like bed bugs, stay here. They will bite you. I found one crawling on me when I woke up. Killed it and it was bloody. Told the front desk / manager. They didn’t care. Still haven’t received any refund.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is very good. Fresh ice water and coffee available in the lobby at all times , prime location near the I40 exit, as well as several restaurants.

Bird droppings all over the entrance area. Thank goodness it was bitter cold, everything was frozen.

The hotel was convenient to where I was going.

Housekeeper started knocking on the door at 8 am even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I told here I would not be checking out until 11. At 9:00, she was back knocking again. This has happened to me two trips in a row at this location.

No internet. Was a serious problem for my work. Staff had no idea how to help me.

I wanted to extend a third day but the price had more than doubled

Food in the microwave and refrig; rumpled fitted sheet on right side; several strands of hair on bottom sheet; several unclean pillowcases; cup of change; two used plastic spoons on counter; packets of ketchup on counter; telephone was not connected.

Location was good and near interstate and restaurants. Staff was friendly and efficient! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean! Great water pressure in shower! Quiet location.

Great location. Convenient parking. Near the Aquarium. Convenient to free shuttle to downtown area and Northside. Staff was helpful.

The manager was very kind and friendly. All the staff that worked there were great! Rooms were clean and furnished. Continental breakfast was great with great selections. The price was affordable and the location right off the freeway.

The Harriman, TN Comfort Inn was a comfortable place to get off the highway on New Year's Eve as fog was setting in. The room was lovely and provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious too!

We had another persons hair all over our sheets. And bed/pillows were very uncomfortable

Great staff appears to really care about the property. I spend in excess of 190 nights a year on the road and usually avoid this chain. This particular hotel is a cut above, easily better than the Hilton and Marriott properties I normally stay at.
