We woke up to ants in our bed and crawling everywhere in the room. The staff sprayed our room but left the dead ones for us to clean up. Never spoke with management. They pretended it never happened.

Clean, nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.

The entrance is a bit tricky, requiring a u-turn and quick turn to enter the hotel; not a very walk-friendly street.

The employees are some of the best people they are extremely helpful when you have a problem. Thanks to all who went out of their way to help us you truly are a wonderful bunch

The hotel was was very clean,spacious and well appointed.

Nice room with kitchenette, comfortable, could not hear other guests. Front desk staff was friendly and gave a good recommendation for carry out food. Room was well thought out especially if you had to do some computer work.

Could hear a bit of traffic noise and the air conditioner was a bit noisy but not horrible. Breakfast was pretty limited due to Covid precautions but understandable.

This is a great hotel. This is my second time staying here. You have to love a hotel that has quality shampoo.

Full disclosure.... I would have liked it if the a/c unit were a little louder. Drowns out the ringing in my ears. Also the bed was just a little too stiff for my taste.

The woman at the front desk, really made the time we had at the hotel enjoyable. Others were too busy to say hi but she went out of her way to welcome us.

The staff was often too busy to stop and say hello.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the heater and the maintenance person went above and beyond to figure out the issue. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the smtea tree shampoo.

No body wash in our room, so just used bar soap. Room was a little dusty. Sneezed nonstop.

Hotel is brand new and and very modern.. Truely enjoyed myself

It was clean and staff was friendly. Lots of great accommodations. Large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stovetop.

Hard bed. No housekeeping for 5 nights we were there, supposed to be every other day. I addressed a few times and never happened. We had to do our own.

I paid for a king suite with a sleeper sofa, and the sleeper sofa was right at the end of the King Bed, with no separation or a wall separated for privacy ?..had to get undressed and dressed with our daughter in open space.

There was no Air Conditioning working in one of our rooms, it was 83 in the room at check in. The solution was to open a window. Nothing else was offered so we did not have a good night

I love coming to the location for my birthday weekend

The cleaness can be better found crumbs on the floor and i had a few bugs that were in my room which probably came threw the window
