The bathroom the house keeper was excellent.

No microwave, no mini fridge. My wife is diabetic and we had to spend a lot of money on ice so her insulin wouldn't go bad.the house keeper was excellent.

The manager followed me to my hotel room forced the door open and said he was going to stand and watch neon dress as soon as he found out I was a single female traveling alone he became a complete pervert

The bed bugs were the main issue. It was dirty and smelled bad. People were rude.

People who live in the motel. The rooms are dirty, the linens on the bed are not changef

Convenient to the highway.

Tiny room. Stingy with soap, 2 little bars and no other toiletries. Expensive for what I received.

Floors very filthy socks were black. Plumbing issues old hotel

clean, affordable, close to Opry area

Fortunately other guests were quiet, but we would have heard them if they had made too much noise.

the staff

the location felt unsafe. I was approached/yelled at by men in the parking lot . people where partying and yelling

Star was the friendliest employee I've ever encountered and she checked on us to make sure that our room was good she also was very very polite.

The manager of this Motel 6 is by far the rudest manager I have ever experienced in my life I understand he may be having hard times at home I noticed this the first day I stayed and when I stayed this last time he was on one he is very very rude.

The staff. 12pm checkout. Felt relatively safe.

Non-smoking room still smells like smoke. Burn holes in blanket. Not the cleanest place. Room and bed nothing more than utilitarian. Room felt bare, didn't give a relaxing feeling. But for a place, to just lay down my head and sleep? It was fine.

The price was good for the date. It was nice and clean. It was close to a lot of places.

The people in the other room were too noisey and I got very little sleep. There was no iron or iron board, no kleenex. The wifi was not free. It was farther than I expected. There was no refrigerator or microwave.

Staff were pleasantl Room was clean Location was excellent

Noise exhaust fan in bathroom

The location.

The floor was dirty. The Sheets had burn holes in them.

Cannot put a best on anything as the overall experience was disheartening.

The cleanlineas of this hotel was substandard, linens covered in pet hair, human hair on towels nd wash clothes, toilet did not work properly, shower was dirty, ice machine dirty.

Clean and quiet

Smoke smell leaking in from other rooms

The cleaner room I was relocated into.

The manager was belligerent to me when I requested a non smoking room as I reserved.
