The smell of smoke throughout the hotel. The room it self was not cleaned very well!

The bed was comfy

I picked this hotel specifically cuz I wanted the spa! Both the pool & spa were "closed for repairs". Disgustingly stained carpets and furniture. Missing the ice machine on the 2nd floor. Coffee machine spewed hot water at me.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Was in a good location close to the interstate..

Nothing .. other than location was closest to family we were visiting. Manager refused discount and no refund either. Beds were absolutely filthy , air conditioner filter was so clogged with mold and dust it wasnt working .Black mold visibly on walls .

Beds were absolutely filthy with HUGE blood stains and mold ! They tried to hide it with the sheet . We complained and they offered another room which was even worse that was full of black mold that affected our breathing just in it briefly .

Pool was not open and there didn?t seem to be a hot tub as shown on their website. We specifically picked this hotel for the night because they had an indoor pool. They pulled breakfast items 20 minutes before breakfast was over.

The pool hours was questionable. They had small pillow and when I asked for more they said there was none clean.

Everything!!!! There was a roach crawling on the wall, there was caulk holding the lamp to the wall, the sheets where stained, the shower head leaked everywhere key pad did not work for the first room the room and hall where so hot

Not much room in the lobby to eat. Kind of crowded space.

The website says they have a hot tub, and they do not. The indoor pool was only available until dark because their lights didn?t work. The phone in the room also didn?t work.

Location and convenience to shops and restaurants.

The fresh paint on first site makes you think it is a great hotel and newly renovated. But after being inside for a minute I realized that it is very unclean and smelled. I purchased supplies to clean as I had a tight schedule and no time to complain.

The bedding was dirty. One bed had a very distinctive pee stain on the bedspread all the way to the mattress.

Staff member told me I had to leave the computer room if I want using the computer? I was in a business call. It was weird.

It was very dirty! Bed had stains on mattress, covers had stains. Smell of cigarettes and or marijuana coming from other rooms. No housekeeping ever! Pool was under maintenance. Do NOT recommend this hotel!!

By fluke, I found one bug in the room. When I told the hotel staff, they were appalled and immediately called to have the room sprayed. They are on it!

Very noisy. Located next to freeway. Swimming pool not heated. Hot tub was filled with concrete. Take a fire stick for tv. Very poor service from Direst TV. Stayed two nites and had no TV service at all. Not worth the money. Good luck! If you book.

Was convenient to restaurants

Room was not clean compared to prior stays, there was broken tiles in bathroom, tub was slanted & hard to shower in.The blankets had hair &stains on them. Didn¿t find out the pool/hot tub closed until check in.

The beds were extremely comfortable!! I slept so good!!

I was disappointed because the hours of breakfast were different than what was online. So I ended up showing up after it had stopped serving breakfast, but online I still had 30 minutes left on a weekend. Carpet was stained.
